2 bed, 2 bath apartment located in the urbanisation Duquesa Village a 24hr security gated complex with an on site concierge, 5 pools including children's pool and a padel court.
The complex surrounds well maintained gardens and has private underground parking.
The apartment consists of,
Living room with dining table seating 6, flat screen smart tv, computer table and comfortable sofa that converts to a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements.

2 bathrooms (1 full family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and 1 ensuite)
Direct access from the master bedroom and living room to the terrace overlooking sea and golf views with dining table seating 4, small sitting area and sun loungers.
