Lovely holiday

Just come back from Tony’s apartment we had a lovely time lovely apartment everything you need beautiful views from the balcony we spent most of our time out there, Tony was very helpful and got back to me with any questions I had about the area nice harbour to eat at night

Apartment in Duquesa Suites

The apartment and balcony were excellent. The balcony was large and very well equipped and as we had the sun for most of the day the balcony was well used. Also great views and the gardens around the apartment are clearly well maintained. A very enjoyable stay.

Lovely place for a family holiday

Tony was really helpful and communicative prior to and throughout our stay. His apartment is spacious, has everything you need including parking and has a lovely balcony with an amazing view. The complex has multiple swimming pools and despite it being August there were always sunbeds by the pool and it never felt crowded. Thanks Tony!

Wow, this property is amazing. The pictures really dont do it justice. Balcony views were fabulous, we spent lots of time just looking out to sea! The air con worked brilliantly and was well needed, great tv channels and sofas and beds were very comfortable. Communication with Tony was fabulous, the check in and out was very easy.The apartment, pools and grounds were immaculate, everywhere was so clean. A ten minute walk away is a square with english bars and restaurants. Twenty minutes walk away is the marina with approximately 30 bars and restaurants. We will definitely come again.Thank you Tony.

Top 2-bedroom Apartment in beautiful resort

We would like to join the many positive comments left by other tenants. We experienced as very positive: 1) the accuracy in the VPRO description, and 2) the excellent written and verbal contacts with Tony Luelmo. We rented in October 2023 and as a result experienced two very minor mishaps: 1) the pool + surrounding area was closed (GOVERNMENT BAN on water consumption, whether in hotels, resorts or public showers on the beach etc). 2) due to the low position of the sun in October, using a parasol on the terrace was of no use.

Très bel appartement bien équipé dans une agréable résidence sécurisée. Il jouit d'une vue époustouflante sur la mer et les magnifiques levers de soleil. Les piscines sont spacieuses. Le propriétaire est très réactif et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. De plus la situation est idéale pour visiter l'Andalousie. Bref une adresse à retenir!

Un apartamento con todas las comodidades, con mucho gusto por parte del dueño Tony una persona que físicamente no tengo el gusto de conocer pero muy cercana y atenta para que no te falte de nada una estancia increíble un complejo de lo más para pasarlo en grande y todo muy a mano como playas , supermercados, chiringuitos o restaurantes,unas vacaciones perfectas y aprovecho para saludar a tony y mandarle un abrazo enorme en mi nombre y en el de mi familia, gracias Tony

Todo perfecto. Estancia recomendada

Buena comunicación por parte del propietario. Sitio agradable y con estupendas vistas. La vivienda muy limpia y bastante bien equipada. Urbanización privada con aparcamiento subterráneo. Ojo, horario europeo para piscinas (cerraban pronto). Se podía ir a la playa andando, pero mejor utilizar coche. No era complicado de encontrar aparcamiento. Muy recomendable. Saludos

Alles perfekt

Selbst im Oktober hatten wir bis 17 Uhr Sonne auf der Terrasse und einen tollen Blick. In den beiden großen Pools kann man prima schwimmen. Sehr ruhige, saubere und hübsche Anlage. Auf Ordnung und Sicherheit wird viel Wert gelegt. Die Wohnung ist super. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und den Restaurants. Wer in die Alhambra will, MUSS vorher ein Ticket buchen, sonst kommt man nicht rein. Ausflug nach Tarifa war schön.

Fantastische accommodatie nabij charmant havenplaatsje

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit tot in de puntjes verzorgd en goed ingericht appartement in een mooi complex. We hebben met name enorm genoten van het uitzicht op zee. De communicatie en afstemming met de eigenaar Tony was prima; korte lijntjes en een snelle reactie op vragen, nota bene ook nog in onze eigen taal. Kortom we bevelen dit appartement van harte aan.

Lieve Peter, Bedankt voor deze mooie waardering. Het verbaast me dat het bed niet bij je paste (standaard afmetingen), en dat ik nog nooit een klacht heb gehad. Als ik het appartement heb uitgerust met een Senseo-koffiezetapparaat, is het om u een eersteklas koffie te geven. Je had me tijdens onze contacten moeten vertellen dat je een "normaal" koffiezetapparaat wilde, dan had ik je meteen een gloednieuwe laten bezorgen, speciaal voor jou ;) In ieder geval bedankt voor het respect voor de plaats en uw sympathie, en het is met veel plezier dat ik u opnieuw zal verwelkomen. Como en casa, magnífica la casa

Nos ha encantado, una casa muy acogedora. Nos recibió Maria muy amable y detallista. Pero los dueños del apartamento (Tony) también estuvieron muy pendientes de que lo sepamos todo y que no nos faltará nada. Respecto al apartamento, tiene una vista hacia el puerto de la Duquesa maravillosas, impresionante la limpieza, tiene de todo lo necesario y más, a nosotros se nos olvidaron las sillas para la playa y el parasol pero al llegar en la casa había jajajaja Muy cerca tanto en coche como andando. Hay supermercados cerca como mercadona y otros también Halal (para musulmanes). También hay una variedad de restaurantes cerca. Repetiremos seguro 😜 graciias Tony

Como en casa

Una estancia formidable,el propietario una persona fantastica y atenta. El apartamento seria imposible que se pudiera mejorar:limpio,comodo,accesible y con todo lo nesesario para sentirse como en casa. El proximo verano sin duda volveremos a intentar repetir.Hubiese querido que durara mas. Le doy 5 estrellas porque no puedo darle 10.

Excellent!

Great property that is nicely furnished and has everything you need. The pools are excellent and there is great car parking. The place was also nicely quiet and well maintained. Recommended

Perfect apartment with great owner!

We enjoyed 10 wonderful days in this apartment in La Duquesa. The apartment has the most amazing view and it is situated in a very quiet part of the residential area. The apartment is well equipped, you have all you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Tony, the owner, showed a great engagement and was always available for questions or support. Very much appreciated! We can highly recommend this apartment to anyone and we will be back next year again!

Appartement agréable

Très bel appartement spacieux et doté de tout le confort et l'électroménager nécessaire, terrasse agréable avec vue magnifique sur la mer et sur le port, soleil dès le matin jusqu’à la fin d’après-midi. Accès facile depuis la route. Propriétaire très sympas et à l'écoute, nous recommandons vivement ce lieu pour vos prochaines vacances. Violaine et Michael

Magnifique!

Une vue à couper le souffle, un appartement tout confort entièrement équipé, complexe avec super piscines et gardes super sympas. Plein de possibilités de visites aix alentours, tb restos. Propriétaire super attentif. Nous reviendrons!

Great location, Perfect Host, Great Apartment

Property is close to la Duquesa port which is great for restaurants and the beach etc. It has all the amenities required for a holiday and a very accommodating host. Highly Recommended.

Ottima abitazione per vacanze o soggiorno a lungo termine

Veramente un'ottima disposizione dell'appartamento che risulta essere sempre assolato , molto abitabile per famiglie e con tutto il necessario per passare un bellissimo periodo in una terra fantastica . Molto consigliato per famiglie e da poter godere per lunghi periodi.
