Great property for our 3 week golfing break

Property is spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need including great views from the sun terraces.Bars/restaurants at the port are great and a 20 minute walk away (all uphill on the way back but taxi’s and free parking also available).

Great appartment from a wonderful host

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful appartement. The host was great and nothing was to much asked. They welcomed us with cold drinks;-) The complex is very child friendly. Our kids also really had a great stay. Many thanks and see you next time!

Summer Break - August 2022

Great apartment, spacious (comfortable for 2 Adults and 2 Teenagers), clean, well equipped and situated in a lovely, secure development. 20 min walk down the hill into the port and a 7 euro taxi back up after 😉🍺 Paul was a great help, excellent communication for check in and onsite and contactable at any time to assist with any questions or issues you may have. Highly recommended.

Amazing

A perfectly located apartment for a peaceful base to explore the surrounding area and beaches. Modern, clean, comfortable, and with the most spectacular breathtaking views over the mountains, fairways and the ocean. So peaceful. 2 large welcoming pools on your doorstep with plenty of sun loungers, set in pristine maintained gardens. Property manager Paul on site to welcome you and on hand if any queries, very friendly and helpful. Owner also highly responsive making the booking process very smooth. Would definitely return. Thank you.

An enjoyable break

This is the best apartment we've ever stayed in. (We're both in our early 60's and travelled far and wide!) A well kitted out kitchen, a bathroom and seperate shower room, two large (bordering on huge!) bedrooms and lounge. So much space. Oh, and two balconies - one at each end of the apartment. So it never mattered where the sun was. Morning, afternoon or evening - you could always find it. One had a view of one of the two pools, the other a view of rolling hills and the sea (and two of the local golf course greens!). Highly recomended.

The best place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful, modern, spacious, and clean! Beautiful views from the two balconies is an added bonus. We can’t wait to go back. Paul was a very helpful, gracious host. As other reviewers have mentioned, the apartment complex is located at the top of a steep hill. It is an enjoyable 15-20 minute walk from the apartment down to the bottom of the hill. However, if you are carrying groceries, or if it’s hot out, a taxi ride (approximately 7 euros) is recommended back up the hill. The largest/best grocery store we found was Mercadona. We found that the Uber system did NOT work well in the Duquessa area. The Uber app would repeatedly cancel pending rides. Instead, the taxi system worked best for us.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 2 tollen Terrassen. Paul, der uns empfing, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber, nur einmal hatten wir mit Ameisen zu tun, es war aber Spray vorhanden. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, was aber in der Nebensaison erträglich war. Nur die Matratzen waren uns zu hart. Zu Läden, Strand und Restaurants läuft man 25-30 Minuten.

Very nice apartment. Location was great. The Puerto Duquesa wS a terrific spot for drinks and food variety. Particularly liked the Belgium beers and Argentinian food places

An excellent little Gem in Manilva

From booking through to departure by far the best and most comfortable experience we have had in the Manilva area and we visit multiple times per year. Paul met us at the apartment on arrival and gave us clear and concise instructions on how everything operated. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable with the added advantage of a brand new kitchen. Furniture and soft furnishings were to the highest standard and we had everything that we needed for our five week stay. Communication from the owner before, during and after our stay was first-class. Sadly we had to leave early due to current lockdown. We would have no hesitation in recommending this little Gem to family and friends in the future. Easy walk to the port and well placed parking area in the garage with lift directly to our door. Big thanks to Steve, Paul and Dawn for making our stay so wonderful.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit schönem Ausblick auf Berge und Meer

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber und entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Auch die Anlage selbst war sehr schön. Die Absprache mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Appartements ist optimal, um verschieden Touren, wie nach Ronda, Tarifa, Cádiz, Malaga … zu unternehmen. Zum Strand ist es ebenfalls nicht weit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben hier sehr schöne Wochen verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Geweldig appartement!

Clean modern apartment in well run block

Spacious, bright and clean apartment. Well recommended. Heating and air con work well, lots of hot water and great water pressure. About 10 mins walk to a small square with 4 bars. Bit too far to walk to the marina (as the walk home is up hill), but a very quick drive down and to lots of nearby supermarkets. Pools are all clean, the life guard larger pool is only open on specific days, but the pool right outside the door of this apartment is always open and heated (only slightly though, so still cold in April!).

Hola’’, el apartamento está muy bien .es cómodo y amplio ,en las camas dormimos de maravilla, es un lugar muy tranquilo algo apartado de las playas ,es necesario coche ,cosa que no nos sorprendió pues ya lo sabíamos, la urbanización está cuidada y la gente respecta las normas si algo tengo que decir en contra es un poco más de limpieza solamente en la cocina , a nuestra llegada el horno estaba sin limpiar y la cafetera con café y los posos . Pero nada importante tampoco ,el resto muy agradable y limpio ,paul muy simpático y servicial . Un saludo y gracias esteven

Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad. Appartement was precies zoals beschreven en de foto's zijn de werkelijkheid. Zwembaden zijn top en binnen een minuut bereikbaar. Wel een auto nodig.
