This 4 bedroom air-conditioned villa, found in a quiet residencial area and located just 10 minutes from the airport, and the city centre of Funchal, is divided into 3 floors.

This 4 bedroom air-conditioned villa, found in a quiet residencial area and located just 10 minutes from the airport, and the city centre of Funchal, is divided into 3 floors. The first floor is made up of the main living room and dining area, with a magnificent open space kitchen. This open space floor opens up to a stunning terrace with a breath taking view of the sea.
The upstairs landing has 3 ensuite bedrooms, all having access to the balcony and the incredible sea view.

The lower floor, leads to the family room. Here one can relax reading a book, cook in the open space kitchen, and enjoy family time having meals on the huge dining table, maybe play billiard or table tennis on the convertible table, enjoy boards games, darts, watch TV (smart TV), play, listen to music … or simply chill with a glass of wine …
Large glass sliding doors lead to the outdoor pool area and built-in barbecue. The pool can be heated at an added supplement.
On this floor, one will find the 4th bedroom, which has direct access to the pool area.

Both kitchens in Unmei are fully quipped. A washing machine and dryer can be found on the lower landing. The garage has a capacity for 2 cars and an electrical charger is also available to freely charge one´s electrical car.

Unmei is located in Santa Cruz municipality, and is subject to the tourist tax (eco taxa).
This is 2€ per day, per person from 13 years old and over , up to 7 days.

Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. While we take all necessary measures to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, the presence of such creatures is a natural aspect of the beautiful tropical surroundings. Check-in time is from 16:00. Check-in before 16:00 is subject to availability. The following fees apply for check-in after :
- 22:00 to 00:00 - €20.00
- from 00:00 it is €40.00

Check outs until 10:00 am. Check-out after 10:00 am is subject to availability.
