Villa Pounente, surrounded by evergreen olive groves, consists of three independent apartments, all located on the ground floor. The apartments are ideal for couples, families or groups of friends searching for a private, relaxing villa near the beach!

The apartments feature private entrances and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons each.

The apartment measures 35 square meters each and feature a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, an open plan kitchen combined with the living room, where there is a double sofa-bed suitable for 2 people, kitchenette, refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils. The apartments are air-conditioned and feature a furnished veranda each, with a view of the garden.
