Studio apartment equipped with all the necessary comforts for a wonderful holiday by the sea! It can accommodate up
to three people. In addition to sea and mountain views it offers among other things
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Balcony
- Private bathroom
- Swimming pool
- Cot (on request)
- High chair (on request if available)
- Smart TV
- WiFiLarge saltwater poolin the beautiful residence with sun loungers and parasols for a fee on site.
Bed linen and towels included.
Flexible arrival and departure times if possible (to be agreed in advance).
For arrivals after 22.30 there is an extra charge of 20 euros.
For loss of keys there is an extra charge of 100 euro for changing the lock.
The flat is 3 km from Aqualand and 2 km from Siam Park.
Only 15 km from Tenerife South Airport.
Taxis are cheap and there are good bus connections
There are several free car parks in the area, there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, car rental,
gym.
Within walking distance of Playa de Las Américas and Playa de Troya.
