There is a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. Netflix, Prime Video, Freeview, BBC iPlayer, ITV and more are available.

The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements.

The spacious bedroom contains a comfortable king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note there is no Air Con and this property has one cooling fan.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is within a conservation area of converted Georgian and Victorian houses. The flat is 5 mins from central Islington with bars, restaurants, theatres, bookshops, and other amenities all within walking distance of this highly sought after area.

Angel Metro station is 10 mins walk away. Buses are 4 mins walk away. Overground in 7 mins walk away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
