The apartment has been recently renovated and offers a comfortable living room for relaxing after a day at the beach.

With direct access to the terrace and private barbecue, imagine yourself enjoying a delicious barbecue while spending time with your loved ones and enjoying the fresh sea air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials: stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various utensils, and everything you need to prepare everything from simple meals to more elaborate dinners.

Both bedrooms have been renovated and designed to provide a peaceful and invigorating rest after a day at the beach or pool.

Access to the pool can be done in two ways, and instructions will be given on the day of check-in.

• Respect for the apartment: treat our home as if it were your own. Please keep the space clean and report any damage immediately. We provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable and ask that you use all amenities responsibly.

• Living together within the condominium: Our condominium is a safe place designed for everyone to have a good experience. We ask that you respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors. Minimize noise, especially during late hours, and treat people with courtesy.

• Environmental Awareness: Help keep the beach clean after you've visited. Pick up your trash and keep it clean. Conserve water whenever possible and ensure that lights and electronic devices are switched off when not in use.

• Additional fee: Vila do Conde has implemented a Municipal Tourist Tax of €1 per night per person for a maximum of 14 nights. Airbnb does not have a protocol to collect the tax directly at the time of your booking. Therefore, payment must be made upon arrival. Children up to 16 years old are exempt.
