気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Would not rent again.
We were extremely dissatisfied with this rental. Had we the option, we would have terminated our stay early.
Problem areas: (1) location, (2) physical apartment, and
(3) the management company.
The two absolute deal killers for us were (1) the nighttime noise in the apartment from the street below, especially from large commercial- and industrial-sized vehicles between midnight and early morning, and (2) the minuscule, dysfunctional kitchen within which no serious cooking was possible.
Additionally, the listing was misleading — in our view, deceptive — in that it specified an in-unit clothes washer: “…equipped kitchen (washing machine/coffee machine/toaster)…”; in reality, there is a single, communal washer 3 floors up on the roof of this multi-unit building.
Lastly, our interactions with the management company in trying to get basic things fixed — e.g., multiple problems with the toilet, burned out lightbulbs — were exercises in frustration, to the point that we eventually just gave up.
This agency did not seem to embrace the concept of hosting or welcoming VRBO guests as any priority. We received no orientation to the apartment, local markets, restaurants, etc.
We would never rent this apartment again.
