Well equipped kitchen for all your family needs including air fryer.

Extra storage for bikes is available if required.

This mobile home is just lovely & has everything you need, we had one week of awful weather so made full use of the site facilities. The second week we explored Cornwall fantastic beaches which were very local.

Loved the caravan. Was great having the 2 bathrooms. We appreciated the coffee, ice, etc. Was nice and spacious and everything clean and in good order. Was well situated and easy to get to the beautiful beaches.

Perfect location and property

The property was wondeful and in a great location. The site was quiet, extremely well managed and the caravan was well equipped and very clean. We loved our stay and the surrounding area and hope to return next year !

Great holiday

Excellent caravan. Lovely and clean. Well equipped too. Great little welcome hamper! Excellent communication from the owner. It's in a great location with Newquay 15 mins away and Perranporth 10 mins away. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time.

Believe the reviews, it’s lovely. So pleased I found this property. Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of lovely white towels (we didn’t use them all) even kitchen foil when we needed it. Very quiet and clean site. Beach at perranporth is wonderful. Highly recommend this property

Very well equipped caravan!

The caravan was perfect for us and our 1 year old son. Lynn was great at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful in providing a high chair and toddler bed rail. The caravan has everything you need and more, Lynn has really thought of it all. Very well laid out van too as well, lots of storage space. Park is lovely, little one enjoyed the swimming pool. Just driving to the beaches.

Great caravan

This is a lovely caravan, very pleasant outside and inside and gives a very cosy feel when entering. I stayed with my husband and 2 children and we all had a lovely time over new year.The place is very clean and has all the necessary utensils an more. Lynn ensured we had everything we needed and went out of her way to accommodate us for an extra day. Wouod highly recommended thsi place. Full access to the onsite facilities, swimming pool, cosy bar and restaurant and more. Close to perranporth and Newquay only a short drive to local coves and costline.

Lovely short break in immaculate cosy caravan

We spent 3 nights at Lynn’s place. The caravan is immaculate and has absolutely everything you’d need. Lynn has thought of everything. From utensils to crockery to games and DVDs. Shower nice and hot. Only downside we thought is that there’s not much going on onsite - no entertainment at the bar except karaoke on Saturday but we checked out that morning so missed it. Would still return as caravan was so lovely.
