The Preganziol train station and a well-stocked, affordable supermarket are just around the corner.
Modern furnishings, a TV to brighten your evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, cutlery, and everything you need. The private bathroom with shower includes towels, hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel.
The space
The residence has a staircase leading to the apartments (only 6 in total).
There is access to a spacious outdoor area where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. The entrance opens into the living area with kitchen, dining space, and a sofa that converts into a double bed.
In the other room, there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed. The bedroom also has a large terrace, ideal for fresh air or smoking.
Between the bedroom and the living area, you’ll find the bathroom with shower and bidet.
Other things to note
• Mandatory city tax: €1 per person, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Cleaning is carried out at the beginning and end of your stay.
• A valid ID card or passport must be presented at check-in, and a short-term rental agreement will be signed.
• Sanitization and cleaning are guaranteed.
