Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.

2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.

4. No smoking inside the apartment.

5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.

6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.

7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.

8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Monday to Friday: 8PM - 12AM - €40; After 12AM - €60. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Until 8PM - €30; After 8PM - €60 (paid in cash or by card).

9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.

10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.

11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

Great apartment right on the beach and only a few minutes from restaurants and bars. Plenty of space with both bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment and with their own bathrooms. Looking forward to staying again!

Disappointing

The Apartment was very clean but very small and very much too expensive for what is it was , a hotel stay would have been better value . The position was good with access to the beach which was just over the road but the area has vagrants hanging around and sleeping rough, rubbish bins everywhere, the entry was off putting, a metal door with graffiti . We understand from the owner's that they have no control over this but all the same not ideal and that it was peak price for Americas cup viewing . The beds and pillows very comfortable .

Nice apartment but noisy beach area

Place we booked was actually not even available when we arrived. Was being painted. Horrible communication with the agency and stressful to get the problem resolved. We wasted a lot of our own time working around their error. Apartment was nice but it is in a noisy area. People talking and yelling outside our window day and night every day.
