The Iris apartment is a different housing concept, not only because of the air of luxury and design that has been meticulously thought out, but it also invites us to feel at home.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building without elevator and it has been renovated with particular attention to the details and the lighting, designed specifically for each environment and equipped with both Smart and classic controls (you can control lights, heating and air conditioning with your voice, otherwise you can use the tablet in the apartment or just the classic switches on the wall).

After the entrance on your right you will find the elegant bathroom made with gres and corten tiles with a large open shower. After the entrance you will be able to delight yourself with the living room, a place to relax with decorative pieces such as the chairs of origins Panton by Vitra, the sideboerd FF Caffrance from the sixties , a queen size sofa bed, and a 55” samsung Qled television to enjoy in the moments of relaxation.

The living room is very bright thanks to its large window, but with blinds that will make the room totally dark and silent to isolate you from everything.

In the living you will also find a unique and fully equipped kitchen in resin hand made by local artisans, with all the necessary utensils and space if you are those who enjoy the time cooking, a cream-colored Smeg fridge that adds a touch of elegance to this beautiful space.

At the end of the apartment there is the bedroom, with a King size bed with a comfortable mattress and topper that will make your sleeping hours a real rest, the room is decorated with modern elements without leaving behind the Italian roots, with walls that remind us of the ancient Rome and a soundproof window that will illuminate the whole place, it counts with soundproof blinds ideal for resting after a long day.

Inside the room there is a closet with open spaces and a large mirror so you can place your belongings comfortably on hooks or folded as well as your baggage.



The apartment is designed to ensure comfort yet not forgetting about the environment. You can reach a temperature of 23.5 degrees Celsius (74 Fahrenheit) during summer and 22 (72 Fahrenheit) during winter.

However, you can adjust the temperature with your voice, with the tablet or with the classic controls (wall display or thermostat).
