Cozy apartment just a 5 minute walk from the Arenal de'n Castell beach. The apartment is located in a community with a shared garden and pool. Very quiet residential area with a family atmosphere. About 200 meters away there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping area. There is also a pharmacy, car rental... ideal for a family vacation.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 people and has been recently renovated.

It consists of a living room with air conditioning, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, electric oven and hob, kettle, Italian coffee maker and a toaster.

It has a separate laundry room with washing machine and a drying area.

Portable barbecue.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds and another double bedroom with a double bed, both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There is a beautiful covered terrace with outdoor furniture and sunbeds.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, a Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodations in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
