Casa Niss is a very modern apartment located in the village of Carate Urio, furnished with taste and quality materials.
The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and you can enjoy the wonderful panorama from the private terrace.
Casa Niss is located in the center of the village and can only be reached by foot via a path with some steps.

Casa Niss is spread over two floors.
On the first level there is the entrance and a double bedroom carved out of the rock.
Very characteristic, it remains very cool in warmer periods.

Going up an internal staircase we reach the second level, where we find a double bedroom with exposed beams, a comfortable and spacious living room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hobs), bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The entire living area enjoys a breathtaking lake view.
There is also wi-fi in the entire property and air conditioning in the living area.

The icing on the cake is a very pleasant private terrace where you can relax and enjoy joyful convivial moments.

Casa Niss does not have private parking.
A few days before your arrival we will send you a map of the surrounding parking lots that are 250 to 600 meters walking distance from the property.

Casa Niss can comfortably accommodate two couples or a family with 2 children.
