Dream Lake Apartment 2

Wonderful three-room apartment recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. The lake view and the private beach make it the best choise for your stay!
The apartment has two bedrooms: one double with a balcony overlooking the lake, the other with single beds that can become a double; two bathrooms with large showers and toilets; a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed. The property includes a fantastic private equipped beach.

We inform you that the apartment is located in an area with external stairs to go through.
For an eco-friendly choice and to reduce consumption, the apartments have a floor cooling system (which may take longer to cool compared to traditional air conditioning).

What a view

This was a fabulous property the amenities top notch, perfect place in Como to spend your vacation everything and more that you could need close to downtown Como in Bellagio

Amazing views

The property was as described and the views are amazing. It is a short walk up the street to the boat stop that can take you to many of the other towns around that part of the lake. There are a lot of stairs both inside and outside the property. Just take that into consideration with small children and those with any kind of physical issues. I would highly recommend stopping for food and other supplies before arriving. There are very few options when you arrive at the house and the road to the location is very narrow so traveling can be a little challenging. The property managers are great and the communication was prompt and helpful.

Beautiful spot on the water!

Awesome place on the water. It was so great for our girls to be able to play on the water as we enjoyed an apertif or dinner while we watched them. The stairs were quite steep and difficult with luggage. We ran out of toilet paper while we were there, but the very small market was a 5 minute walk away. Only downside is there was no town really and limited restaurants nearby. But the house was lovely and the owner was very helpful in setting up a crib and highchair for our 3 year old

An excellent location

The house was right on the beach. We highly recommend it. But with a warning: The owner's description says "We inform you that the apartment is located in an area with external stairs to go through". We think people should know that there are A LOT of stairs (the equivalent of more than 4 flights) and it is difficult carry luggage down them. We had a lot of luggage so that made it difficult for us. But if you are young, healthy and don't have a lot of luggage the place is great.

This was a dream experience

This living space exceeded our expectations!! Upon arrival we realized that the descend down towards the water is actually where this gorgeous home is set. You enter from above so the first space you see is the bedroom area. Impeccably decorated, doors opening onto a deck overlooking the waterfront and the second bedroom has a door to join that spectacular view. There is a shared bathroom on that level. The second set of stairs take you down to the living room, kitchen and bathroom area (WOW what a fabulous bathroom it is). The space is impeccable designed. All views towards the water. The double door open to a deck that takes you down to another area with an outdoor eating and lounge setting. Here you are at the lake level. We all wanted to stay longer and had a hard time leaving this beautiful space each day to visit the small villages surrounding this gorgeous lake. It was a beautiful place to return to. It was magical to wake up each morning to enjoy coffee outside with the lake. It was truly a dream!
