We relocated to the lake in 2007 from the Uk and live locally so are on hand whenever our guests need to get in touch!

Barrie and Julie Webb operate "Italian Apartments co uk" from our base here on Lake Como offering a selection of luxury and authentic hand picked lake view properties. We will be delighted therefore to share local insights and recommendations with you.

By renting your holiday home with us you can be sure of gaining the inside track to the lake and local's view to ensure you get the very most from your stay and enjoy a local experience second to none.

By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat with the locals, hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

"Stylish Lake View Garden Apartment in Laglio" boasts majestic lake views inside and out from the wall to floor patios doors and spacious living inside and out including a terrace and garden to relax in. Quality fixtures and fittings inside and out. The features gardens on two levels, us of the pool located close to the apartment and secure parking. Laglio is a gem of a village. There is a real local feel to the village. Meandering cobbled paths, a local bar just a few minutes walk from the home serving excellent wine, snacks with superb local produce as we'll as delicious ice-cream. There are also two authentic restaurants located within walking distance from the home as well as a mini market for convenience of shopping. The home and village boast majestic views, lazy walks along the lakeside and a relaxing atmosphere reminiscent of bygone days. Just 10 minutes by car will take you to busier villages, the ferry to access the whole lake and boutique shopping.
