Quinta Vale de Vila - Amazing countryside villa!

Quinta Vale de Vila is situated on a hill where you can overlook the sea in the distance and all the beautiful trees which are spread over 4 hectares of private property. At this property you can find a parking place for your cars, a special place for the kids to play, a lawn and a path to walk on if you’d like to discover every inch of land which is at your disposal for the renting period. The property is situated in a national park and is a 10-minute drive away from Silves.



Completed in 2009 in a modern architectural style with a Moorish accent. The villa, suited for 10 persons, has a single floor space of approx. 280m2 and is divided in 5 well-sized bedrooms with each their own exclusive bathroom with toilet. The main living is divided in 2 spaces, one to relax on a large sofa with a fireplace and satellite television, the other with the large kitchen space and dining table. The villa is equipped with all of the modern electronics, such as internet, DVD, integrated music system with iPod-connectivity and a security system on the whole house. The house has a natural air-circulation system, which can be regulated to suit your comfort. So during the summer and winter periods, the house is very comfortable. From the main living, you can enter the roofed veranda where you can choose to relax or to take place on the dining table. Here you can overlook the beautiful scenery and the large pool. Near the terrace, you can find a large outdoor kitchen where you can invite all of your guests and make the most wonderful dishes with fish and meat fresh from the market in Silves. In 2011 a luxurious container is integrated into the total design and offers space for an extra 4 persons. This containers also has all the comfort you would want for a relaxing stay at the villa. In total 14 persons can enjoy the villa and the magnificent Algarve.



Pool:

When entering the pool platform you can have a refreshing dive in the saltwater pool (4,5m. x 11m.) and take a seat on the sunbeds with the large umbrellas. Also, you can take a shower to wash yourself clean before enjoying the nice Algarvian sunshine.



Container:

Situated next to the house and near the outdoor kitchen, you will find ‘the container’.



Intended to be an extension of the house, this is a living that provides space for two adults and two children with the same comfort standards as you will find in the house.



This annex is only included for bookings of more than 10 guests (11 or 12). If you would like to include this for smaller groups, please note there is an extra charge of €100,- per week.



With a compact living space and a complete bathroom you have everything you need to have the best holiday in the most luxurious container you will ever sleep in.



Rental price excludes:

- Use of underfloor heating: € 150,- per week

- Use of wood for the fireplace



Area:

Near the villa you find the city of Silves. With its situation along the Arade river, this is one of the oldest cities of the Algarve and is in fact the former capital with great historical importance. Here you still can experience the Moorish influences of the past with the beautiful castle and other buildings, which gives the place it’s a magical feeling. You can also visit one of the restaurants near the city hall.



When exploring the rest of the surroundings you will find beautiful landscapes, wild nature, orange fields and lakes. A highly recommended area is the Monchique mountain where you can have a view from the highest point in the Algarve. Of course, you can also enjoy the most beaches, golf courses and parks. All in a 20-minute drive from the villa.
