They changed the place and dis not answer wbout the problems
The host, Wonderful Italy, has changed the apartment foe much worse one around 1 week before the holidays, so we were offered the place much more far away from the center. We agreed as it was difficult to find somethinflg else then. Even if the new place qas far away and worse we still were promissed at least an air conditioning, that was the main thing for us during the Italian summer. The apartment was much worse than described, with many dead and dying flies on the floor, with not working coffee machine and some problems with the stove. And the main thing was that the aur conditioning did not work at all! After amny many requests to the host (i used 4 different numbers) we were advosed about the stove. But that it it! In this terrible heat we (mind you we have 2 small children with us) were left with not working aitlr conditioning. They necer answered about it in 3 days! Once i have got hold of one of the guys, he lookd and tild that the eemote control is missing and he will bring one soon. Neadless to say that he necer showed up again and nobody answered. I wrote to VRBO. Still nonody could help and we could not sleap. It was really hot for the children.
I can.say good things about the nice yard they have, but a yway the apartment is not the one you can see at the picture. And there was a dog in the house, the serious one. They necer let it out, but still...nonody told us about it and the children were scared. They also tried to take some additional taxes from us
