In generale l'appartamento non risulta curato come nelle foto che lo rappresentano. Mobilio vecchio e in parte rotto( ante dell armadio della camera) anta della cucina, anta del mobile in bagno assente. Non abbiamo trovato un set per igiene ( shampoo, sapone mani) abbiamo trovato qualcosa lasciato dai precedenti ospiti. Lenzuola del letto non perfettamente pulite Abbiamo trovato carta e plastica nei contenitori della spazzatura. In bagno il materiale per pulire il pavimento che odorava di umido Una persiana della finestra della camera non aveva una stecca e lasciava entrare luce.in generale nonostante la gentilezza dell host l appartamento non lo consiglierei a meno che non vengano apportate opportune modifiche.Pessimo rapporto tra qualità offerta e prezzo pagato

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Bologne. La localisation du logement est un grand avantage, et la communication avec Vincenza et Vladimir était très appréciable.

Vladimir was lovely and helped me get settled. The accommodation was nice sized with a living area and a separate room for the bedroom. The location was in a noisy area with a bar or something next to it and below. I had to close bedroom door to block noise but I was also there on a weekend of some festivities so…… there were always peopleHanging around the entrance because of the location of the restaurant. But it was a nice place.

Nett wohnen in der Altstadt Bolognas

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war gut. Sie liegt sehr schön in der Altstadt, fast alles ist damit gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut und nett ausgestattet, samt Büchern, Infos etc., es fehlte nichts. Für ein "Wunderbar" spielte das Wetter halt bei uns nicht so richtig mit. Der Juni war in Bologna fast durchweg einfach sehr, sehr heiß, auch nachts blieb es damit in vielen Nächten zu warm. Das ist für "Nordlichter" halt etwas anstrengend.

Best holidays ever, I love Bologna

I enjoyed the appartement. I like to cook every day and found everything in the kitchen for preaparing my meals. I slept very well in the sleeping room. Best of all: the appartement is in the center of Bologna. The Best Place for Shopping and meet the friendly people in Bologns.Mille grazie

Convenient and nice place to stay while visiting our daughter

We were in Bologna visiting our daughter who is in college there. This apartment was very close to her place and to all the lovely areas in the old city of Bologna, which is quite amazing. Nice and helpful check in experience, we appreciated the clear communication!

Great spot in Bologna!

We loved the apartment! Very hip and well-equipped. Great location - so easy to walk everywhere. Vladamir was fabulous - so helpful during check-in and gave us ideas on things to do and places to eat/drink.

Active nightlife

Near center of town. Very busy with student night life. The apartment needs to be scrapped and painted. The sofa is uncomfortable and should be replaced. The location is great and the apartment overall is good.

Great apartment in a bustling university neighborhood

The apartment was very clean and much larger than advertised. Vincenza's son went above and beyond ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. We missed our connecting flight and Vladimir patiently awaited our arrival after our 9 hour delay. The neighborhood is very lively and full of rowdy students at night. However, we never had any noise issues in the apartment and no issues with the crowds at night. Lots of great places to eat nearby and lots of sites to see. The climb to the top of Sanctuario di San Luca is well worth the effort. I would highly recommend this apartment. You won't find more gracious and accommodating hosts. One thing to note, make sure you ask about the electrical plugs as some cannot be on at the same time or you will trip the circuit breaker.

Nettes Quartier nahe der Altstadt

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, sehr genaue Beschreibung der Anreise und für Check-in. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Zur Abreise war Vincenza so freundlich und hat uns ein Taxi bestellt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im quirigen Univiertel die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort aus zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und die Dusche wunderbar warm. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Graduation in Bologna

I came back to Bologna to graduate and this location was just perfect. Just on piazza Verdi next to everything you could dream of to enjoy your stay, restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bars... The appartement is big and cosy, and very quiet especially considering the location. The owners were great and we'll be back!

Cute Apartment & Easy Walk to City Center

The apartment was cute and just as advertised. The check-in process was very personable and we appreciated her very much. She was available via texting during our stay and called us a cab for our departure. We enjoyed the general location and our walk to the city center. The reasons I had to give this place a 4-star is because of (1) the lack of air conditioning (it was a very hot time when we stayed there) and (2) the location was off of a piazza where adult drunks appeared to hang out.

Sehr zentral und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet

Die kleine Wohnung ist hübsch und funktional eingerichtet, mit orangen Akzenten als Gestaltungselement. Die Matratze ist eher fest aber sehr bequem. Im Sommer kann es heiß werden, es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Die Lage am Piazza Giuseppe Verdi ist sehr zentral, hier findet das studentische Leben statt. Die Wohnung ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Vincenza war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke!

Clean, simple and central location.

Vincenza was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was clean, was good for a short stay and in a great location. It was in easy walking distance to the central area and there was lots of interesting architecture nearby.

Great apartment in student center

Vincenza was a lovely host and the apartment is just right for one or two people. I know Bologna well but there were plenty of guidebooks throughout the apartment and Vincenza even called me a taxi for the airport. Would stay again.

Ottimo... che dire!! Posizione strategica... appartamento molto carino, funzionale e pulito... Vincenza molto disponibile. Situato proprio a due passi dalle Torri, perfetto per raggiungere tutto a piedi... vicino l'Osteria dell'Orsa (da provare!!).... per chi ha il sonno leggero magari consiglio di portarsi i tappi...essendo in centro magari c'è un po' di movida... ma noi abbiamo dormito come ghiri....stanchi dei chilometri fatti!!!!! Bellissima Bologna sempre viva ed accogliente!! Grazie Vincenza ... a presto!!!!

Fabulous well-located apartment

We stayed at this lovely apartment for a week .The apartment is on second floor accessed by stairs (no elevator). The place is very clean and the location is perfect- all the sites we wanted to see were within walking distance. The apartment is roomy, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you need - excellent wifi,coffeemaker ,hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironboard A breathtaking view of the roofs ,open the window and see the bell tower of San Giacomo Maggiore Church. Located in the center of Bologna, in the area of students, can be quite noisy in the evening ( for us it was OK, we were so tired walking all day that we fell asleep quickly, but bring ear plugs if noise bothers you and you want to go to bed before midnight!). We loved the free WiFi in the apartment.. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly ( we were told to leave the key in the apartment ).Vincenza was very helpful in explaining how to get to the apartment from the airport, and always responded promptly, both before and after our arrivalWe wish we could have stayed longer . Do not hesitate to rent this apartment.
