We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is on the outskirts of the old town which meant the dining options were not touristy. All our favorite meals and food purchases were those close to the apartment. The apartment was quiet, and the small kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. We were able to walk everywhere, and we would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Bologna.

Perfect for a getaway in beautiful Bologna.

Great little apartment in a nice central part of beautiful Bologna. Paolo and Carlotta are lovely hosts and easy to get into contact with if needed. Overall, a nice and simple way to enjoy Bologna with your partner.

Central Bologna apartment

I loved staying in this apartment. It is compact, comfortable, quiet and had everything I needed. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Bologna. The building is secure and has a lift. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The sofa bed was comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with a hot plate if you need to cook. Communication with Carlotta was excellent and she was waiting for me at 9pm after my delayed flight finally arrived. She responded quickly to all enquires. I would happily stay here again.

Hemos pasado cinco días en "Ca" di Vale muy agradables. El apartamento está cerca del centro, es cómodo, muy limpio y aunque no es muy grande, es espacioso, alegre y funcional. Está muy bien caldeado, ya que hizo mucho frío y nos nevó!! La cocina viene justa para preparar desayunos y poco más, pero suficiente, porque es pequeña y el hornito es diminuto, faltaría un microondas. El silencio y la privacidad es lo mejor, parece que no estás en una gran ciudad, muy relajante y las vistas nevadas de la ventana, preciosas! Carlota nos recibió muy atenta, informándonos de la zona y de los restaurantes... probamos la pizzería Totó, que nos encantó, muy buen servicio y muy buenas las pizzas y económicas. No nos gustó tanto la trattoria Fantoni, el servicio lento, más caro y no tan amables. También nos gestionó muy amablemente el taxi para el regreso. Recomiendo el apartamento para una persona o pareja por su ubicación y comodidad. Su proximidad al centro ( 10 minutos) y a la estación (andando 20 minutos) y la posibilidad de comprar en un Carrefour Express muy próximo. La única pega fue la presión del agua caliente de la ducha, pero sin importancia!! Muchas gracias por todas las atenciones.

Nice appartement near to the center of Bologna

We have had a nice stay and the appartement was clean and cosy. It is quiet and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is big enough for two persons but the fridge is very small and has to be called minibar. Our tip to the owners is to reorganize the furnishing of the apartment to make space for a normal sized fridge. Surely in the summermonths it is nessessary to have enough space for keeping food cool and fresh. When you stay longer than a couple of days you could get the same problem as we had. The appartment is near to the center of Bologna. Finding a parkingspace for a car is difficult but not impossible if you are patient. Without a car you can take a taxi from the airport for only €15. It would be nice if the owners left as a extra service some recent information about Bologna. We found only some old leaflets. Close to the appartement is a very nice bakery where you can get lovely fresh cornetti for your breakfast. We felt in love with Bologna and surely we'll come back.

Un studio avec toutes les commodités, bien chauffé et chaleureux, très bien meublé et décoré (décoration de Noël comprise !) et en plein centre ville ! Short holiday in Bologna.

We spent three nights in Bologna, staying in Casa di Vale. The property was just the same as described; good location - in walking distance to Piazza Maggiore (about 15 minutes), and even to the central station - it took us 25 minutes. A bus stop - several meters form the house - five stops to central station with line 21. We got detailed information and instructions from Paolo how to reach the property which we found really helpful. It was very kind we could check - in earlier than it is practised and started exploring the city shortly after arrival.The studio was very clean, nice furnished, a kitchen unit equipped enough - everything what we needed; for guests comfort - a lift in the building. Thank you Paolo for pleasant stay and great impressions from Bologna!

Bellissima esperienza a Ca' di Vale

Siamo stati 3 giorni a Ca' di Vale e ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente bene. L'appartamento è molto bello, il letto molto confortevole e la casa fresca. Ha dei bellissimi affacci, e di un silenzio assoluto e prezioso in una delle zone più interessanti di bologna. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Prima Ort für einen Stadturlaub.

Ich war fast 2 Wochen in der Wohnung und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kommt schnell zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten Bolognas. Es gibt Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte beispielsweise einmal Probleme mit dem heißen Wasser - war ruckzuck aus der Welt.

Très joli petit studio , parfait pour deux

Nous avons passé une grosse semaine à Bologne. Le studio est parfait (très propre, très clair et la literie était très correcte). Il est situé dans un quartier très calme et permet en un quart d'heure d'être au centre ville. Les commerces sont à proximité et la gare , située à 20 mn à pied, permet de visiter Ferrare, Modene et Ravenne dans la journée.

Comoda e accogliente

Sono già due volte che soggiorno a Ca' di Vale perchè mi sono trovata molto bene. E' molto vicina al centro ed è dotata di tutto quello che occorre. E' pulita e accogliente, i proprietari sono molto gentili e simpatici. Spero di trovare libero l'appartamento per la prossima volta, ci riandrò sicuramente.
