It was clean and secure. The metal gates in the photo are no longer there. There are lots of cafes round the corner and it was conveniently located for the bus to and from the railway station. The bed would benefit from a mattress topper as it was rather hard and the pillows were uncomfortably lumpy and we think need replacing. But other than that it suited us well.

Such a perfect apartment, had everything we needed and only twenty from the city centre. Would definitely recommend !!! very clean and good communication from the hosts.

Bologna is a great destination and this property could so easily be a 10 out of 10 But if you have a car and expect to cook and use the balcony check with host that changes have been made1 Check-in frustrated by host not using Stays communicate in a timely and informative manner. Using aps outside Stayz that clients may not have was a problem for us2 prepare unit so clients have the basics to use the kitchen and balcony. Eg sink plug. Replace extractor fan light. Provide avsharp knife, bread knife, wine glasses and cork screw. Throw out the scratched warped black pots and frypans Replace with 2 that suit the 2 burner conduction plate. Provide microwave dishes that fit into the microwave and let it turn. Provide electric fittings so you don’t have to unplug the jug to use the microwave etc. Provide table and chairs on the balcony rather than say you can take the ones from next door when they leave in three days3 provide clear recommendations with daily rates for car parking. Make it clear that parking is difficult hereWe wish you well. Perhaps you are unwell. Hope these comments help rather than hurt. But we didn’t feel we had come to a loved, it’s true lived in apartment which it easily could be I mean if you had no car and you didn’t want to eat, it would be fine
