We could not have asked for a better stay. Our host was so hospitable and we absolutely loved the home and decor. The location is perfect and we parked our car and were able to walk everywhere. Very clean home and wonderful view from balcony. All the small touches were thought of and we had everything we needed and more. Alejandra also had great recommendations for tours and was very helpful.

Alejandra was very responsive to all our requests. Julio welcomed us and suggested many options for dining and activities. The two bedrooms were separated by two floors with a den between them. We enjoyed relaxing in the den and wine on the terrace in the evenings. Many thanks to Alejandra and Julio.

This is a fabulous apartment. It comes with parking and the wonderful Alejandra meets you when you get there and guides you to the garage. She then accompanies you to apartment and goes through and shows you how everything works along with some great sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The apartment is so charming with fabulous art. Be aware though that if stairs are an issue this will not be the place for you. Some might find the upstairs bathroom tight but seemed a small price to pay for this wonderful listing. We would give this listing 100 stars if we could. Not sure you will ever find a more charming host.

Two couple from Canada. We loved this place and location. One of the most unique properties we have stayed in. Incredible balcony overlooking a church in a quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay here again

Alejandra’s property is pristine and you could not find a better host!!!As Sevilla is a totally walkable city in terms of access to major tourist sites, this property is within easy walking distance of all attractions. The property is in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood that is quiet at night.Frankly I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!Thank you Alejandra!!

Lovely property, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. It felt like being at home. We were in constant contact with our lovely host, Alejandra, before and during our stay. She met us on arrival and was able to provide us with information on local restaurants and pointers on places to go and how to get there. The rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day sightseeing.

We had a wonderful experience - one of the best of our VRBO stays. Alejandra was welcoming and helpful, and the apartment and its furnishings were very interesting. More upscale than many VRBO’s. We felt like true Sevillian residents, but we were able to walk to all the sights of interest. We also had to modify our reservation, and Alejandra graciously made the changes. We arrived as travelers and left as friends. We highly recommend this choice.

We loved staying at this wonderful home in the heart of Sevilla. It’s lovely, with beautiful windows and light shining in. The roof patio on the third floor looked out of the activity of the day. The location is very central but not touristy. Our host was very helpful with check-in and checkout and so pleasant! We had the best time. Thank you!

This is a lovely apartment! It was very clean,had all the conveniences we needed and was well located to the central city. Alejandra was a gracious host, she met us at the apartment and oriented us to its features. She even gave us a flat of strawberries to enjoy during our visit! She checked in with us during our stay and helped us get a taxi when we departed. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this apartment in Sevilla.

Alejandra’s 4 level home was immaculately clean. The art and furnishings were both tasteful and unique. She personally showed us around the house and gave suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. The porch and view are the best part of this little paradise. I would recommend this place for any length of stay in Seville, an absolute gem!

Out of the many VRBOs we’ve rented over the years this has been our favorite. It’s located in a great part of town, and has an amazing balcony over looking a beautiful 13th century church on a quiet street. It’s pristine as far as cleanliness, its beautifully decorated and modern. As for the host, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. If you are looking for an incredibly special, spacious apartment and wonderful host, I highly recommend this rental.

Alejandra was a wonderful host who always responded quickly and personally took us to a wonderful garage with a designated space less than a 3 minute walk from the house. The apartment was well-appointed and the view from the terrace was overlooking a square and fourteenth century gothic church. All the major sights in the old city were walkable. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house/apartment in Seville
