The double room with a private bathroom, accessible via a flight of stairs, is located inside a very spacious Art Nouveau-style house with an adjoining private garden. It’s a 5-minute walk from the city center and its famous Piazza del Campo.
The house is situated in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood that’s very convenient in terms of location.
The property offers our guests a private parking space.
In the immediate vicinity of the house, you’ll find: a supermarket, a pastry shop, an excellent gelateria, a pharmacy, a laundromat, bars, and restaurants.
For those arriving by train, there are many buses that stop right in front of the property. Alternatively, upon prior arrangement with the owner, we are available to provide private transportation to the house.
The owner lives upstairs and is available upon request to prepare an excellent Italian breakfast, as well as to share her expertise as a guide to help you discover the city’s beauty and history. She has an excellent command of written and spoken English.
There is also a well-behaved puppy living in the house.
