It is suitable for couples, families with children, and business travelers.
Pets are allowed upon prior agreement with the VITEDIMARE property.

The VITEDIMARE VACATION HOME is situated on a hill in the easternmost part of Italian Istria, in a very quiet residential area surrounded by greenery—perfect for relaxing vacations, far from the noise and hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The “Sabbia” apartment is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance.
It consists of a bright entryway, a spacious kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed; a fourth bed can be added.
The bedroom window overlooks the garden, which is furnished with a table, chairs, and wooden benches so you can enjoy your vacation in comfort, even outdoors.

The garden’s greenery comes from a mix of succulents and aromatic plants that create a sense of intimacy and freshness.

The spacious kitchen is well-equipped: induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, blender, and electric kettle.
The charming little bathroom offers maximum comfort: a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet are all available.
Guest Access
The property’s gardens are available for guests to enjoy.

A barbecue and an outdoor dining area are available and can be used for dinner, a party with friends, or a romantic evening.

You’re welcome to use our lounge chairs to relax and sunbathe.
We provide our bicycles upon request.

Three private parking spaces are available: one near the house, outside the fence, and two near the main road.
Other things to keep in mind
The herbs growing in the gardens can be picked and used in the kitchen.

You can pick our fruit (depending on the season): cherries, peaches, plums, grapes, and jujubes.

Although meals and breakfast are not provided, guests are offered a welcome kit consisting of fresh seasonal fruit, sodas, oil and vinegar, local bakery items, coffee, tea, and herbal teas, butter, and jam—so you can feel right at home from the start and won’t have to worry about grocery shopping as soon as you arrive.
