This charming 2-bedroom apartment, newly furnished with style and good taste, is ideal for families or couples looking for comfort and unforgettable moments. Located in a complex surrounded by gardens full of the typical red hibiscus flowers of the island, it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and lively holiday.



Although the complex does not have a communal pool, you will have access to the pool of the on-site restaurant, where for just 2-4 € per sunbed you can enjoy a refreshing swim in a pleasant and well-kept environment.



The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel at home: centralized air conditioning, two terraces to fully enjoy the outdoors, a cosy living-dining room and pool towels included for your convenience. Moreover, just 900 metres away, a pleasant walk will take you to one of the best sandy beaches on the island with activities and lovely beach bars, even with music at sunset for the romantics.



The beach is ideal for the whole family, with water sports, sunbed rental and small boats, and adapted services for people with reduced mobility, where the lifeguard will be happy to assist you. You can also enjoy long walks along the seafront to Santo Tomás, a relaxing journey full of spectacular views.



On top of that, Son Bou offers a wide variety of restaurants with incredible cuisine, some with relaxing music to make your evenings even more special. All this in a green, quiet urbanisation with many shops and entertainment options.

Host was very helpful, we had an issue with the washing machine and they quickly delivered clean towels at the house. Very quiet, convenient, good location to stay with children!

Logement trés agréable. Trés propre, trés fonctionnel et trés bien équipé. Rien à redire. Le logement est situé dans un joli complexe arboré et verdoyant. Communication facile et trés agréable avec l'hôte. Plage à 10/15 min à pied comme indiqué dans l'annonce (900m) (il n'y a pas de raccourci plus rapide, contrairement à ce que nous pensions en regardant la localisation). Bref, excellent séjour à Son Bou, je recommande !

Appartamento molto carino dotato di tutto quello che c'è bisogno per trascorrere una settimana, Cucina fornita di tutto,due piccoli terrazzi dove mangiare la sera.Davvero un grazioso appartamento. Purtroppo non funzionava l aria condizionata. Il proprietario voleva cambiare appartamento, ma abbiamo rifiutato perché già aveva tutto organizzato.

Mi sono trovata benissimo!

Luogo incantevole, comodo, vicino alla spiaggia, a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi. Casa ben predisposta, ordinata e pulita, non manca nulla! È un piacere sentire la natura che circonda l’abitazione, area tranquilla. Nelle vicinanze supermercato e guardia medica raggiungibili a piedi. Proprietari gentili e disponibili! Mi sono trovata benissimo! Ci tornerei sicuramente!

We will be back

Had a lovely stay in Son Bou and will be back. The apartment is in a lovely quiet complex and walkable to the restaurants and beach etc. The only thing that let the holiday down and not necessarily the fault of the apartment that is this nowhere in Son Bou to leave your luggage once you check out of the apartment. We had a late flight back and it spoilt our last day a little.

Idéal pour nos premières vacances en famille

Tous les appartements ne se valent probablement pas mais celui que nous avions était idéal pour nos premières vacances en famille. Propre et calme, le mélange piscine, plage, vue mer depuis la terrasse nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances relaxantes. Légère incompréhension au départ du fait de la communication par 2 vecteurs différents (mails et airbnb) au sujet des équipements bébé mais Mautervillas a su être réactif.

Appartement situé dans un bel environnement et au calme. Très bonne situation, à 10 minutes à pied de la belle plage de San Bou. Dommage que la piscine soit fermée après 19h et qu'il faut payer 5 euros par transat, avec beaucoup d'enfants bruyants et personne qui surveille les règles non respectées. Nous n'avons pas eu de plaisir à aller à la piscine.

La ubicación en la isla, cerca de una playa familiar. Además, tuvimos un par de dudas o problemas que fueron resueltos al instante. Es muy buena opción si viajas con niños y no quieres estar ligado a los horarios de comida de hoteles o restaurantes. Las almohadas eran muy blanditas (pero esto ya es opinión personal) Y falta un poco menaje pero bien.

Aree verdi in comune ben curate. Piscina pulita ma necessita di manutenzione. Lettini a pagamento. La casa era pulita e fornita di tutto. Uniche pecche il climatizzatore che non funzionava (menomale che era una settimana ventosa) e un gruppo di galli e galline cherazzolava nel prato dandoti la sveglia la mattina.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, in un posto davvero tranquillo,silenzioso ed immerso nel verde. Si vede il mare, che dista non troppo lontano. Casa su misura per una piccola famiglia, luogo sicuro dove i bambini possono giocare in un bel prato verde. La casa è arredata in modo semplice, pulita e abbastanza fornita la cucina. Perfetta per il nostro soggiorno di una settimana. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata rapida e chiara. Semplice il self check in. La location è in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e spiagge.

Appartamento molto bello, arieggiato e spazioso. Di notte non è stato necessario accendere llaria condizionata, nonostante il clima torrido. Letti comodi, cucinotto funzionale. l'area residenziale è ben curata e molto verde, ideale per i bimbi. Utile la piscina e il relativo bar ristorante a due passi dall' appartamento. Bagno abbastanza spazioso ma la vasca-doccia è come sempre poco funzionale. Accesso alla spiaggia di Son Bou un po lontano se ci si vuole spostare esclusivamente a piedi (in particolare nei periodi più caldi)

La urbanización tranquila y bien cuidada. Limpieza Ubicación Por poner alguno pero , la nevera no enfriaba demasiado y como pequeña mejora , vendrían bien unas perchitas en el baño para colgar las toallas.
