Zero complaints - super clean and when I did need to ask the host something they replied immediately and provided their cell phone number. We had a group of 5 adults and 1 child and was plenty spacious for our group. Hope to stay here again!

Just beautiful the pictures are deceiving it is completely brand new with very nice wood furnishings. A mountain right out your front pirch as well. The hosts thought of everything, there is a shared landry rm to itself very clean everything provided even a laundry baskets. You might want to get an upstairs luxury cabin if ypur worried about possible noise.Other than that great location yo Seward and any excursions you have planned.Thank you again for a terrific place for me and my family

Great location

We truly appreciated the location. Close to everything yet private enough to give us quiet and rest. The place is well furnished and comfortable for family or couples. Layout good for couples as all can access the bathroom.

Simple, Functional and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close enough to Seward to be very convenient but just far enough away for quiet evenings. Had a cow and 2 calves in the parking lot our first morning which was so cool to watch while sipping coffee. This place has everything you need for a comfortable place to retreat to while on your vacation. Highly recommend!

All of the details were considered by the owner before we arrived. Everything was clean, new and tastefully decorated. Our group of 6 adults were very comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Easy driving access to the port at Seward yet far enough away to have total silence at the property.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY NEAR STEWARD

Good customer service is a high priority for us and the owner of this property definitely provides that. Easy to contact unlike so many rental agencies. Property was spotless when we arrived and is well stocked with accessories. Beds are very comfortable. Will select this property again when we return to Seward.

Nice place

The house was nice, clean and well stocked. The fold-out bed wasn't very comfortable. I had a concern and the landlord got back to me right away. It was great to be out-of-the-way and quiet. I would stay there again.

Amazing!

Loved the property, huge plus that they allow guests to leave things fir future guests like ketchup and mustard. Thank you for the coffee and filter! Kristi was available all the time and exchanged money for laundry quarters and helped when the dryer acted up!

Place was ideally located to do glacier boat tours and visiting and hiking in Kenai Fjords National Park and Exit Glacier. Property is well managed and owner/manager was responsive and available. Getting to the place was made easy by the directions given by the manager. We were all excited to see mama and baby moose grazing the property early morning which made our day. I strongly recommend this property for future renters. We had a blast. Only gripe would be the internet speed may be due to the location but that didn’t bother us. Overall it was a great experience for us.

Overall a great location and stay. Incredible location if you have a rental car or transportation. Close enough to all attractions and far enough away for quiet. It is practically brand new so everything from working modern appliances to reliable laundry facilities are present. This would be an ideal location for a multi generation family or a group trip because there are just a handful of units at the location and they are all separate - so rent a few if you can. I recommend this location if you have a small family, want privacy, have transportation, want to be centrally located, and appreciate hosts who pay attention to the details. The driveway is gravel and slightly sloped however there is a generously wide and long accessibility ramp. I wish I took photos- it was better than that so I took videos.

Loved Bear Creek Cabin!

Kristi was a great host! Great communication and so helpful. The Reel Suite at Bear Creek Cabin was perfect for two couples. Very clean and comfortable. Great location and has everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for visiting Kenai Fjords and Seward!

We are Jimmy and Kristi Akana, the proud owners of Pacific Heights Lodging. Jimmy is a Fishing Charter Captain of a local operation here in Seward. Kristi is a former Elementary and Special Education Teacher that now devotes her time and energy ensuring all their guests have everything they need while enjoying their stay here in Seward. We finally accomplished our dream of being a Seward Host to both family and friends from near and afar.

Our four-plex differs from most typical Seward rentals as it is totally Brand New! We want our guests to enjoy Alaska's beauty while only being minutes from town hence why we chose this piece of land to build on. Our Lodge is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood yet only a few miles from the Seward Small Boat Harbor and Downtown. Construction of Pacific Heights Lodging was completed in June of 2017.

When constructing our Lodge we made sure to include amenities that would make our guests comfortable and feel at home. We designed our Lodge with modern Suites that include contemporary furnishings, appliances, and fixtures. We also chose to splurge and include In-Floor Heating and a top of the line Heating and Circulation Ventilation System for the enjoyment of our guests.
