Disappointed
There were a lot of issues with the house. Thermostat was not working in one of the bedrooms, not fixed during the entire stay, broken furniture in the master, bedding is very cheap - probably the cheapest option from the nearby supermarket, not something you expect in 50K/month rental. We had a boxspring skirt used as a "fitted sheet" in the master. Small pillows in the master and only 1 pillow per guest was provided. No towels in the house - we were only given 1 towel per person. No toilet paper or paper towels in the kitchen upon arrival, when we requested this to be provided, we were told they do not come with the house and we had to purchase ourselves. There is no proper beach towels or any beach chairs/umbrellas in the house, which typically comes standard in this price category.
3 beehives in the lanai area, (one above the main door to the lanai and 2 on the 2nd floor deck, with bees constantly stinging our kids and only exterminated on the 10th day of our stay after multiple requests.
Dead dry plants and unstable umbrella on the ground on the rooftop, lawn around the house in poor (for American standards) condition. The house has 3 functional bedrooms, the 4th one is just a mattress with a base, no other furniture or a proper bed in that bedroom. They used the media room sectional as a "4th bedroom" option.
Also need to mention that the house is in the noisy street and 2 bedrooms are facing that street with constant noise from the passing cars.
