Chillida Larramendi is a modern apartment situated in the very centre of the city, next to Buen Pastor Cathedral and right next to San Martin Market. Only 10 minutes away from La Concha Beach and the Old Town.

The apartment has been recently remodeled and it is completely equipped. It is on the first floor of an elegant building with elevator and the qualities of the material of the windows provide a quite atmosphere.

There are two double bedrooms, a lounge-dining room, two bathrooms with shower and an open plan kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and complete kitchenware. The lounge-dining room, and both bedrooms offer great views of Larramendi and Reyes Católicos Streets.

The main bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm and an ensuite bathroom. The other one has two single beds of 90 cm.



It is perfect for a small family or for two couples that are looking to spend their holiday in San Sebastian thanks to its great location. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 100m away.

Comfortable apartment in good location. Issue with water heater on arrival was resolved immediately. We forgot a phone on departure and within a short period of time they arranged courier shipment to a future stop of ours. Water pressure / showers were spectacular. Some noise during night and early morning if windows left open. Wifi worked well. All in all a good value.

Central Donostia cultural experience.

This is a lovely apartment, spotlessly clean with comfy beds and great showers. It is situated centrally in the cultural area with a grocery next door and a mini-supermarket a short walk. Family-friendly beach is 8-minute walk. There is constant chatter from the bars below but we loved being in the heart of it all. Txotx bar opposite was superb! There are no food provisions at all, salt & olive oil would have been useful.

This apartment had everything that we needed for our 3 day stay in Sans Sebastian. Both beds were extremely comfortable with quality linen. Basic toiletries were offered and more than enough towels for all guests. The apartment is located approx 15 mins walk from the old town and 10 mins from the beach. It is on the first floor situated on a corner above several bars/restaurants and cafes. It can be noisy with the hum of voices but no loud music. The windows do a great job of blocking out most of the noise, but you will hear some. This didn't disrupt our sleep at all (it was very quiet in the mornings). Very clear communication with the hosts enabled us to check in as late as 9pm. One advantage for this stay would be basic items (ie salt, pepper oil) left for the guests other than that nothing else was negative. We would recommend to others.

Street cleaning every morning at 3 am

Unfortunately, our stay in the apartment was not not very pleasant due to noise from traffic, people voices in the street and in particular the street cleaning each night at 3 am.
