We had a wonderful stay! The community pool was a huge perk—always clean and never crowded. The host was very responsive and helpful. Loved the easy trolley ride to the boardwalk.

Great location!

Loved the proximity to the beach. Was able to walk there. Lots of great dining options close by. Spacious and clean unit. Will definitely stay here again!

Great relaxing time--Lovely peaceful location--close to beach but tucked away in the shady pines. Nice big community pool for no additional fees, which was a bonus. Quick drive or trolley hop to the beach. Easy communication with owner.

Great place for five

We had a great time in Bethany Beach and this condo was perfect for us. Nice common area and deck and easy access (moderate walk or 5 minute drive) to a fantastic beach and boardwalk and shopping area. Too chilly to use the pool but it looked very good- large enough to swim and not just a splashing pool.host was very helpful and in and out was easy.

Stayed with friends for a short visit to the beach. The condo is in a great location with easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Close to many restaurants and a WaWa. The community pool is wonderful and a nice break on a hot day. The owner is great at communicating right away to answer any questions. There is a shuttle that will take you to the boardwalk and there is also a parking pass included.

This was a very nice place for a family. The complex was quiet, peaceful, and easy to get around. The unit itself was clean and the kitchen was fully functional. Air conditioning worked well. A very nice place to be. We even had some deer stroll by the back porch a few times. The parking pass was especially useful for being able to park pretty close to the beach. Very kind host with good communication.

Great stay and location

Convenient location and access to beach, trolley, nature center, and restaurants. Lovely pool! My family and friends enjoyed a wonderful week, and the communication with Christina the host was prompt, easy, and friendly. Would stay again!

Perfect family vacation spot!

The property was perfect for our family of five. It was as described, close to the beach, and the heated pool was one of the nicest community pools we’ve been to. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy! Would definitely stay here again.

Good Times

Nice property in a great location (quiet neighborhood 1 mile from the beach). Pool/tennis courts were an added bonus. Property owner was very responsive to any/all questions.

Great Time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a nice location, though not super walkable to the beach if you have a lot of things to bring with you. The host was very communicative, and the house was comfortable. It was in a nice neighborhood to walk around in the mornings.

Nice townhome

The townhome is located within walking distance to several restaurants and convenience stores, and you can catch the trolley to the beach and downtown shops/restaurants. The community pool was a wonderful and quiet place to hang out. The back deck on the property was lovely.

Excellent unit!

Clean! It smelled so good when we arrived. Easily accessible to everything in Bethany. Comfortable bed in master (only room we used)! Highly recommend staying here! This was also our first time using Vrbo. Host was very helpful and kind!

This is a comfortable place with beautiful woods around it. It’s a short bike ride to the beach which is nice for the tricky parking situation there. Beautiful living room space lots of bathrooms and convenient laundry. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home in Bethany Beach!

Had a great long weekend getaway in Bethany, and choosing Christina's place to stay was a wonderful choice! The villas are lovely -- close to town, with ponds and small canals within less than 5 mins walking distance. Be prepared to bring your own toiletries, hand soap, dish soap, towels, kitchen/hand towels, and sheets (which the host informs you beforehand to prepare). Would definitely book this house again!

Great

We love this neighborhood in general for its prime location. The house was in great shape when we arrived, was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our group of adults and teens to enjoy a relaxing few days away from home. We like to bring bikes and/or use the trolley to get to and from the beach to avoid traffic and parking. Thanks!

Overall, we had a good stay. The property is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and enough room for a family to spread out and enjoy their stay. We loved that we were within walking distance to Grotto's pizza, and other shops, and a quick 5 min drive to the beach (made easy with the residential parking pass). The pool was nice, and we liked having access to a playground. The owners were responsive and friendly when we had a small issue come up, and we appreciated that. A few notes: we would have loved if the owners had add small niceties to make their guests stay a bit easier: extra TP, boxes of tissues, a few basic beach toys (or even chairs), more kids toys/books, etc. And while not unusual for beach rentals, we would have loved it if the rental had come with sheets and bath towels. Our minivan was stuffed to the brim with 10 towels (beach and bath) and five sets of sheets. We also found it odd we had to sign, scan, and return a separate contract prior to our stay. But overall, it's a very nice unit and we had a good stay.

Quiet Beach Community

Pros: Quiet Community Easy access to town Shuttle service to the beach Nice clean pool Comfortable living/sleeping arrangements End unit with deck that backs to woods Cons: No beach views Can be considered far from the beach Dated decor (if that matters to you). Overall, a nice unit when you want to get away and relax. The unit offers alternatives to the beach that we appreciated. There is a media set up, big community pool, comfortable deck and very little traffic within the community if you want to take a walk or day time nap.

Our 3rd year

This was our 3rd year at the Villas. Of the 3, this one gets 3rd place. Windows that didn't work, could not get into shed (we had to bring outdoor furniture cushions into living room when it rained), cleaning crew could have done a better job. We will be back, but would not choose this unit again.

Perfect family vacation

Perfect for our family of 5, right in the heart of Bethany, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and shops. The kids loved the pool, and biking to the boardwalk and surrounding parts. Just a short drive to Rehoboth and Ocean City, too! Clear communication from Christina and her husband, would highly recommend!

Fantastic!

My family enjoyed the comfortable home while visiting for the week. The house is great for a family of 6, and we couldn't be happier. The trolly picked us up in front of the town homes and took us to the beach. No fighting for parking, only a quarter each way! This home is minutes from the beach, and walking distance to restaurants, quick marts, church, and the beer store! The community pool is also nice and never crowded. This is our second stay in the neighborhood and highly recommend this home over any others!
