気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Disgusting property
First, I had to climb over the gate to get the key as it was locked, bad start.
Second, the utensils should have been put in the bin they were dirty and disgusting, I had to soak the pan, I had to buy scouring pads to clean the pan. The pots were filthy with residue of previous cooking, I bought metal scouring pads to clean them.
Mugs were put away dirty which I washed, never drank from them as I bought 3 new mugs.
The settee and chairs were dirty and not very comfortable, might as well have sat on a timber bench.
The AC in the lounge didn’t work, but there was an electric radiator “hooray “ never used the shower off the lounge as it was dirty and needed a lot of attention.
All beds had headboards which were not fixed to the beds and so any movement during the night the headboard would bang against the wall, not very good for the neighbours.
Positivity at last, the AC units in the bedrooms “worked” and were warm.
Back to normal now, the entrance to the solarium by the door was black and a poor sight.
All in all I could not give this property a positive rating, so it’s a -5 from me, that’s minus 5 rating. Stay clear as you have been warned. There was no cooking done in the property as I respect my health. The agent I spoke to took photos of my concerns too.
