Little haven above the City

We really enjoyed our stay. A lovely terrace and a comfortable apartment. Close enough to the city centre but also far enough from it to be quiet. A nice little square nearby. The owner and caretaker were very responsive. The flat has a personal charm.

Great stay in Alicante

Excellent location for exploring the city. Large apartment both inside and out. Facilities were of a mixed standard , which added to the quirkiness of the apartment , with everything you need. Four flights an initial challenge, but after a day not an issue - and good exercise.

Summer visit

We had a fine visit in Alicante in July. The apartment was just as described. We enjoyed the terrace. Especially in the morning and midday. We enjoyed the ‘everyday’ life in the neighbourhood - there were not many tourists. We took the tram to beaches nearby. San Jose was a favourite. It was hot during the night in July but the fans helped.

Nicely designed object with great terrace

We had a good stay in this flat in a typical Alicante neighbourhood, not completely quiet but good atmosphere and quiet enough at night. The rooms are designed with an eye for details and there is a lot of design furniture to our liking. The kitchen is usable for cooking. As Germans we would have liked to have the "real blankets" that we use at home but I guess that's a small point or a proposal not a critique. The rooftop terrace is wonderful.

Super appartement terrasse dans un quartier calme, nous avons pu profiter des transats avec une douche extérieure fin octobre. Appartement atypique et plein de charme. Commerces à proximité, très pratique. Et toujours le charme de cette ville, Alicante est une ville joyeuse, colorée et pleine de charme avec tous ces arbres ou squares en plein centre ville.

Séjour parfait. Des espaces extérieurs et interieurs très agréables avec beaucoup de charme quand on est sensible au mobilier design. La rue est peu passante donc calme.Communication évidente et facile avec le propriétaireUn quartier d’Alicante très "espagnol", c'est-à-dire qui bouge mais sans excès non plus, à deux pas de tout, pour faire ses courses, prendre son café en terrasse...ou une glace, descendre à la plage...

Alhoewel er te veel boeken, vloerkleden en meubels met stoffen bekleding voor mij waren (stofallergie) een prima verblijf gehad. Heerlijk ruim terras en binnen ook ruim. Rustige wijk, op loopafstand van het strand, het centrum en openbaar vervoer.

Merveilleuse experience !

L'appartement d'Antoine à Alicante est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour. Spacieux et décoré avec goût, il offre une ambiance chaleureuse et unique, loin des appartements standards. Un vrai plus : une belle collection de livres en français, parfaite pour les amateurs de lecture. Sa tranquillité et sa magnifique terrasse aménagée sont idéales pour profiter du soleil. Situé dans un quartier calme, il reste à seulement 10 minutes à pied des commerces et le centre-ville est facilement accessible. L'appartement dispose aussi d'une barre de son pour la musique et d'un excellent écran pour les films. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Je le recommande vivement !

Super Aufenthalt

Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien verbracht. Der Wohnung entspricht der Inserat. Wir wurde sehr nett empfangen und wurde sogar für der Rückflug an der Flughafen gebracht. Wir haben eine Tolle Erfahrung gemacht und empfehle es weiter.

Un séjour agréable

Cet appartement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse, sa décoration chaleureuse. On y a été très bien accueillis. Alicante est une ville à découvrir : le Mercado central, le château, la plage de l’Espiguet, la palmeraie. Pas mal de pollution et de bruit mais des quartiers sympas.

Best Holiday, Best Apartment

I have celebrated my 25th birthday in Alicante with 5 other friends. We had a really greag stay in the apartment. We were welcomed with cold beers and wine. The balcony is amazing, we loved to spend our mornings and evenings there. The apartment was absolutely clean and nicely decorated. It’s really close to the city and a 20 minutes walk to the beach, but you see a lot of things on the way so it’s enjoyable. We had an absolutely amazing holiday down there and I would definitely book the apartment again!

Super schöne Wohnung

Wir sind als Familie (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) Anfang Juli dort gewesen - und trotz fehlender Klimaanlage ist es wirklich angenehm gewesen - es weht immer ein feiner Wind. Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Part der Stadt gelegen - zu Fuß bis zum Stadtstrand braucht man circa 25 Minuten - wir haben aber immer Ausflüge zu weiter Entfernten verschiedenen Stränden gemacht. Die Stadt selbst ist sehr schön, wenngleich auch etwas schmutzig. Die Wohnung ist sehr konfortabel eingerichtet, die Terrasse wunderschön - das einzige, das wir mit kleinen Kindern wirklich als Nachteil empfunden haben, sind die 4 Stockwerke, die ohne Aufzug zu bewältigen sind.

Calme et confort

Cet appartement a beaucoup d'atouts : spacieux, très bien ventilé, calme et donnant sur une belle terrasse sans vis à vis. Il correspondait exactement à notre souhait. Ce pied à terre idéal nous a permis de profiter du centre d'Alicante et des bords de mer avoisinants. Propriétaire agréable et prévenant .
