Newly built apartment within a residential complex with a communal swimming pool, in Manerba del Garda.



The apartment, located on the second floor reachable on foot, opens onto the spacious living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and American coffee maker. From here, guests will have access to the magnificent terrace furnished with a set of outdoor sofas and a dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both furnished with a queen-size bed each, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will enjoy amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating for colder days, and free wi-fi.



Guests can use a single garage within the property that is also enclosed.



The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.



The house is recommended for 4 adults and 2 children.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba located on a hill overlooking the lake, where you can take pleasant walks through the The Rocca and Sasso Natural Reserve, from where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



The apartment is located a 20 minute-drive from Desenzano railway station and about 46 km from Verona airport. The lake is freely accessible less than a 10-minute walk away.
