Luxury Villa Vittoria is a very elegant recently renovated villa a few steps from Maiori, surrounded by the greenery of a Mediterranean-style garden and a solarium area with swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the sea to enjoy enchanting sunsets and incomparable moments of relaxation . Reached by about 90 steps from the parking lot, the interior is very refined and is organized on two levels with living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. The perfect solution for a group of 8 people.
Villa Vittoria boasts a large, very panoramic outdoor area which is spread over multi-level terraces organized into a relaxation area with a mini-massage pool, a panoramic swimming pool, a solarium, a garden lounge and a dining area with a Vietri ceramic table.
Air conditioning and free wi-fi are available throughout the villa.
The villa consists of two levels:
MAIN FLOOR:
• Large panoramic terrace with garden furniture and al fresco table for eating al fresco
• Garden area with heated Jacuzzi
• Relax area, sea view, with swimming pool and sun loungers.
Garden lounge
• Sea view living room with direct access to the external terrace, furnished with a Vietri ceramic dining table for 8 people.
• Equipped kitchen
• 1 internal double bedroom
• 1 double bedroom with sea view
• 1 bathroom with SPA/chrome therapy shower to serve the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living room.
MEZZANINE
• 1 internal double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower
• 1 double bedroom with sea view and ensuite bathroom with shower
Villa Vittoria is located a short walk from the center of Maiori, a town full of restaurants, bars and shops.
About 5 minutes on foot you can reach and access (160 steps) the small beach of "Acqua Chiara". Free private parking is available for two cars and is located in the same building.
At about 1 km on foot there are:
• Bars and restaurants
• Acqua Chiara beach
• Promenade Of Maiori
• Food store
