This charming and welcoming apartment is located on the first floor of a building overlooking the characteristic Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio. It is suitable for everyone, couples or families, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
With a modern style and elegant furnishings, it consists of an entrance, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
It also has a strategic location, just 7 minutes walk from Santa Lucia train station and 10 minutes from the majestic Rialto Bridge.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
The published price includes the commissions that are the responsibility of the guest.
