Great location and enjoyable stay!

The host was amazing, and the check in process was super easy! We all agree the location was amazing - a little outside away from the crowds, but still close to everything. The apartment was really nice and perfect for the time we spent.

Carnival in Venice

Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Venice for Carnival and this apartment was one of the best choices we made. It had everything we needed, great hosts, perfect location, and highly recommend it.

Great location

This was our first time in Venice and the stay was perfect. Communication was great from the start and the location was close to everything. Would highly recommend it and will stay again when we return to Venice in the future!

Great Stay

Our host arranged to have Nicoletta meet us at the train station and walk us to the suite. She was wonderful and gave us great information on Venice and what to do and where to eat. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my third stay in Venice and definitely the best. The apartment has a perfect location — walking distance from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia, close to Rialto and San Marco but away from the heavy crowds. The San Toma vaporetto stop is just a couple of minutes away and great for getting around or taking a more authentic gondola ride.The apartment is spacious, recently renovated, very well equipped and comfortable — we slept perfectly even in the August heat.The hosts were wonderful, welcoming us personally and always available if needed.Only note: it’s on the second floor without an elevator, but the staircase is wide and easy.Highly recommended!

Conveniently central

Very clear communication from Andrea and Anne - very responsive and friendly. The apartment is very central - we walked everywhere and explored all the areas easily. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked in it with no problem.

Amazing flat with amazing host

This is a great property in a quieter neighborhood of San Polo. There’s a nice bar on the corner and EVERYTHING is within a 15 walk. The host is an excellent communicator and met us at Piazzale Roma to bring us to the flat.

Stay in Venice

Enjoyed our stay in this little apartment. Anne is a friendly, professional host. She was most resourceful in helping us find the easiest way to get from Marco Polo Airport to Venice, she came and met us at the bus terminal and walked us to the apartment. Loved the convenient location of this place and it residential vibe. Lots of small shops, restaurants and bakeries just across the street. A small but very well stocked grocery store can be found less than 5 mins away which is an added bonus!

A very large space overlooking the street it was well laid out. Not speaking Italian the check-in was a little challenging, but the owner made it work well if the street noise got to be a little bit much from the tours, walking by closing the windows made everything quiet, which was great.

Carnival in Venice

My wife and I had a very enjoyable time in Venice during their 2025 Venice Carnival. The host had a representative, Nicoletta, greet us at the train station. She walked us a short distance to the apartment and pointed out various shops and restaurants that she recommended. The apartment is very clean and nicely located to most attractions. Communicating with the host, Andrea and Anne, was quick and easy. I would definitely come back again.

Perfect appartment to stay in Venice

We were a group of three, and we consider it a perfect choice for Venice. It is perfectly located, in the center, close to everthing, but far enough to avoid the noisiest streets; very confortable, with spacious rooms to move around; well equiped, with almost everything you need during your visit to the city; and the owners were very helpful and flexible with all the delays and changes we suffered. It is a wonderful choice that we will recommend our friends. Thank you Anne and Andreas, as well as your network of friends and familty, for everything.

Beautiful place in Venice and a Great Location

Anne and Andrea have a great place in Venice. Quiet, quaint and peaceful. Anne provided awesome communication prior to arrival and met us at the train station when arriving from Cortona and escorted us to the apartment. This is so helpful when trying to figure out how to get there, with luggage, thru the small alleyways of Venice. Once at the apartment, Anne provided some much needed information about the area and how to get to the airport for our return flight to the US after our stay. We couldn't have had a better experience to wrap up our two week Italian adventure than our stay at Anne and Andrea's apartment. I will be referring friends and family to them and in the future I hope to return and stay in their place again. Thanks again!!!

3 Nights

3 nights in Venice, plenty for us. Nice sparse, clean apartment. There is an awkward recycling rule that may or may not be easy to accomplished. Interestingly, there doesn't seem to be any recycling on the streets of Venice but they have a very strict recycling policy for occupants.

We have positively enjoyed our five days in Venice. After our bad apartment experience in Florence, your friendly and reassuring emails were most welcome, and we certainly enjoyed the warm, cosy hospitality of your apartment. It was lovely to be welcomed so warmly by you! We particularly appreciated the fantastic location of the apartment as well the little extras, plus the bottle of wine you left in the flat to welcome us. It has been a fitting end to our five wonderful weeks in Italy and we return to Germany with so many fantastic memories. We looking forward to visit you again.

Amazing location for a first-time visit in Venice

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days for a first-time visit to Venice and we are so glad we did! For starters, our host, Anne, met us at the train station and helped us find the place. She then went over some recommendations for the area and how some things operated around the city. This was all super helpful! Anne’s place was incredible. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was also in a perfect location- only about 20 minute walk to Saint Marks square and a 10 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. There are also a ton of restaurants nearby, as well as supermarkets. Overall, we had an amazing trip and stay here in Venice. We will definitely be back and will try to book Anne’s place!!

An amazing apartment to explore Venice

We have just returned from a 3 night stay and this apartment was the perfect home from home in which to explore Venice. It was very clean and was super comfortable for us and our teenage son. We were close enough to walk easily to all the areas of Venice we wanted to visit but also in a quieter area away from the crowds. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby & Anne was very helpful in suggesting a few for us. The communication with Andrea initially and then Anne were really helpful and Anne was a fantastic host. She met us at the bus stop and guided us to the apartment & it was great to know she was on the end of the phone if we needed help. I would recommend staying at this apartment to anyone wanting to visit and would love to stay again if we ever visit Venice again.

Amazing gem in an awesome neighborhood

I’ve never had a better airbnb/ Vrbo experience. From start to finish, amazing communication with host. Once we arrived in Venice, aall started off perfectly with our host, Anne, meeting us at the train station. She walked us to the unit and described the neighborhood and helped us get oriented. She explained everything we needed to know about our place and the neighborhood. She was available and responsive the entire time. The place itself was so cute and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is asan Polo, which is just about right in the middle of Venice. So easy to get around, with the vaporetto just a 5 minute walk. Do not hesitate to book this place!

I stayed in Andrea's house in July 2018 with my family. It was such a great service. Andrea himself was on vacation on that day yet he arranged that one of his friends, Nicoletta, to welcome us at the train station upon our arrival. She showed us around explaining every detail. She even helped us to buy concert tickets. The apartment was very well arranged, we had a bottle of prosecco in the fridge and biscuits and jam on the kitchen table. Furthermore the location of the apartment was really convenient. I very much recommend this apartment to anybody who will visit Venice! Thank you Andrea for your hospitality and kindness, Hoping to meet you again :)

I am the son of a Venetian who managed to convey the love for this city and the ownership of this apartment gives me the opportunity to live this wonderful reality. When I think of the tourists think a little to myself: I have always been an avid curious traveler, able to appreciate the hospitality. Precisely for this reason, with my wife, we tried to create a calm and relaxing environment. We are always happy to welcome our guests trying to understand their needs and their being tourists!

We liked immediately the spaces of the living and sleeping areas. The distrubution of space makes you free to move comfortably in the apartment. Its location is strategic and it will definitely appeal to everyone.
