Great getaway to celebrate anniversary

This was a great getaway and we were very happy with how clean and comfortable this condo was. It is a very short walk to the pool and beach! It is also close to some of our favorite restaurants that were inly minutes away! Dee was great to work with and we will definitely be back!

Nice stay at the beach

Good location, very clean and well kept, very nice lady we rented from. Everyone at the resort was very nice, we enjoyed the tiki bar and easy drive to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Upon arriving, we were super excited to learn that this condo was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. We have been coming to Beach and Tennis since 2010 once, sometimes twice a year and this is by far the cleanest. Really enjoyed our stay

This was a great property for our vacation. Short walk to beach, bike rental right outside the gate, and a beautifully furnished condo. Quiet area with restaurants easy to walk to, bike to, or drive to. Dee provided us with recommendations for the area and communicated with us in a timely manner. Hope to be able to come back again!

Short Family Getaway

We love HHI and this community. The host was wonderful, if we had questions she was available immediately. Condo was clean, master bed was very comfortable, short walk to the beach and pool. It was myself, my husband and teenage son. The condo was a good size for us. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach getaway

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is a lovely place to stay on Hilton Head. There’s beach access & a large pool. Bar near the pool that also serves burgers and nachos. The condo is simple, clean, and comfortable.

Great Property

This was our first time going to HHI, and we picked a great spot. The renovations are great compared to the other places we looked at prior to booking. We hope to be able to continue booking this property every time we visit HHI because it won’t be our last. Quick walk to the beach and the pool!

Perfect Accommodation

This was the perfect accommodation for us while we waited for our new house to be completed. It was the perfect size and the resort is very nice. The restaurant provided many a dinner! The bed is super comfortable and the shower is large. The laundry is down the hall but available and was used weekly.

Awesome stay!

This is a great little condo for a couple or a small family. We brought our 6 month old twins and it was extremely convenient with a short walk to the pool/beach/restaurants. Stayed there Thursday to Sunday and never had to leave the property. The condo was very clean and in very good shape. Communication with Dee was terrific as well.

Great condo

Renting this unit was a wonderful experience. This is our 3rd time at this resort and first time renting from this owner. It was a great experience and she was quick to respond about questions.
