IMPORTANT: It is not allowed to make noise, parties, or smoke inside the apartment. Noise level in neighboring properties cannot surpass the limit of 25 dB established by Barcelona's City Council Regulations. If disturbances are caused to the residential neighbors living in the adjacent properties, we will inform the police and we will ask you to leave the property. The deposit will also be withheld in concept of damages to the peaceful residential cohabitation with the neighbors of the building.
