What are the unique benefits of the property?
The Holiday Complex apartments(ALKYONI, KALLISTI, NEFELI) are unique in their location. It is right on the waterfront and has a fabulous sea view across to Ithaca Island and the mountain emerging with the seawater.
It provides the ability to swim from early morning until late at night since the crystal clear water beach is just steps away from the door. Not to mention the enjoyment of a candlelight dinner on the balconies with the whispering of the seawater right underneath.
At the same time is close to all the essential commodities, (within a distance of 500m).

What a fantastic place
Great location beside the sea, easy to park, very very clean, everything you need inside and more, Nicolas met us as agreed and showed us in and answered all our questions. Two balconies with different views of the sea, lots of space to spread out.
Quiet location but shops and a couple of good restaurants 5 minutes walk away or 20 minute walk along the seafront to the many restaurants and shops in Sami.

The location of the property is unique. Fabolous Seaview, great swimming on the beach right underneath, walking along the coast to Sami (the nearby village), and relaxing, on the 2 balconies at the end of a full day of discovering the beauties of the island. Everything one needs to have for a wonderful holiday
