Neuws Holidayhome Panda with terrace on south, near woods

The Panda in Ballum at EilandVerhuur is new in rental. The final finishing touches are currently being added. Better photos will follow shortly. It can already be booked from June 2024.*

De Panda is a modernly furnished holiday home, newly built in 2024 on Roosdunen on Ameland with a south-facing terrace.

LAYOUT HOLIDAY HOME
The entire house is on one level. At the entrance there is a wardrobe, washing machine and dryer. Continuously you reach the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A door to the left leads to the living room with a beautiful high ceiling.

The living room has a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove. There is an open kitchen with sufficient storage space and fully equipped. The dining table offers space for 8 people. Through the sliding door you reach the furnished and sheltered south-facing terrace. The house is equipped with automatic sun blinds. Ideal in warmer periods.

BEDROOMS (3)
Two bedrooms have a double bed with a topper and a single bunk bed above it. One of these rooms has a television on the ceiling.
The third bedroom has two single beds.

All beds have very comfortable mattresses and each bedroom has its own sink and wardrobe.

Important to know!
In the double beds you cannot sit upright under the bunk bed.
The top bunk is only suitable for children (or very agile people up to 100kg). See images for further clarity. If you come with more than 6 people (or wish to use the bunk bed), you must add the 'use bunk bed' option when booking. Suitable bed linen will then be laid out (you must make these beds yourself).

BATHROOMS (2)
Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. One bathroom has an extra urinal.

ENVIRONMENT OF THE HOUSE
Ballum is a small village and beautifully centrally located on the island. Within 4 km you can reach Hollum, including the lighthouse and the Golf Course (9-hole links course and par 3 course), or you can cycle 6 km and reach the pleasant village of Nes for shopping.

* The Panda is currently already rented, but it is new construction. The garden still needs to become a bit green and the charging station still needs to be put into operation. If you have any questions, please contact us at 0031519764040

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
