The La Latina neighbourhood is one of the most endearing and lively areas of Madrid thanks to its narrow streets, typical of its origin as a medieval Islamic fortress, with numerous tapas bars and taverns. Two of the most touristy spots in this area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower. On Sundays, both the El Rastro market and the cafés and food stalls are filled with visitors. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
Although the apartment is located in a vibrant area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to the good insulation of the property and its location in the inner part of the building.
The Apartment:
The best choice between comfort and location. Comfortable, cosy and with perfect lighting, this apartment in Madrid's Habsburg district invites you to stay the moment you enter. It is located on the second floor of a residential building.
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The living area, which also integrates the dining room for an open and comfortable space, has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed if necessary, a Smart TV and a pleasant decoration that invites relaxation.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave among other appliances.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
