Balilos 4 - By Almarina Villas

Balilos 4 (Moraira) is a modern Mediterranean villa with a pool and spectacular panoramic sea views. Its elegant decor will amaze you. Its incredible location makes it unique, just 50 meters from the beach, numerous restaurants, and everything you need, including a bakery, pharmacy, and more. Your pet is welcome (€50 extra cleaning fee).

Distribution:
The villa is new construction, year 2022, and is distributed on two floors. The whole house has air conditioning with individual splits in each room for maximum and total comfort.
On the main floor you will enjoy the spacious living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large windows overlooking the sea, the terrace and the pool.

On the same floor there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a spectacular en suite bathroom with panoramic views from the modern bathtub. You will also enjoy its private terrace with the best views of the beach.

Outside you can enjoy a small triangular pool overlooking the beach, a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner with the best views and an area with sun loungers for sunbathing, reading, listening to music and relaxing.
It also has a barbecue area.

Perfectly situated close to the beach

I had an exceptional stay at Balilos 4, offered by Almarina Villas. The place is simply stunning: modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped both indoors and outdoors, especially for cooking comfortably without needing to eat out. The pool was serviced twice during our stay, which shows how well-maintained the property is. The staff was discreet and attentive, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we didn’t need anything. And the location… the sea view is absolutely breathtaking. It’s a true haven of peace — a vacation spot I would gladly return to.

inmiddels al heel wat Airbnb, VRBO e.d. als ervaring. Ondanks het wat mindere weer; wij hebben zelfs 2 dagen bijgeboekt!! prachtige accommodatie, schoon, en zeer maar dan ook zeer goed en volledig ingericht, echt alles was aanwezig. auto kan je zeer goed kwijt en op loopafstand van het centrum van Moraira. Aanrader!

Amazing holiday at Balilos 4

The villa is gorgeous. Pictures are spot on but looks even more breath taking in real life. Everything was perfect with our stay. The villa is spacious and had everything that we needed. The outside sitting/dining area was perfect and the pool just a few steps away and very refreshing on a hot day. Location is great and easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Bakery and chemist just across the road. The supermarket isn't far by car but probably too far to walk when carrying bags back. The beach is just at the bottom of the road and has a lifeguard. Communication was great from almarina villas and we were kept informed about anyone attending for pool cleaning etc. Best property we have stayed in and we will definitely return.

Stunning property and views. Great communication with Almarina villas. They kept in touch to let us know when pool man was coming and answered straight away if we had any concerns.The view from the master bedroom was a real Wow moment. Laid in bed and raising the blind to watch the sunrise was magical.
