The summer house is well-equipped for one or two families and contains everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Well-equipped kitchen/dining room that also functions as a dining room and living room with sofa group where you can cozy up around the TV, read a book or play one of the many board games. There is a flat-screen TV with a large selection of TV channels and of course a lightning-fast, free internet connection. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two individual dressing rooms on the ground floor with direct access to your own bedroom on the loft, furnished with good beds. In the activity room there is ample opportunity to find your competitive spirit. Here there are hours of entertainment with arcade games with 3000 games and table football. The terrace areas are furnished with garden furniture. There is private parking at the house. The house includes a common area with a large playground, where children and childlike souls can spend their holidays playing with everything from a swing set, a climbing wall at the large multi-court. The artificial turf field can be used for football, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball and badminton. Between the multi-purpose field and the playground there are several tables and benches - perfect for a picnic or a refreshment. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
