Here you can enjoy the house's many facilities and explore Mommark's beautiful nature. Upon arrival at the house, a welcome awaits that will kick-start your holiday joy. The heated pool is ready to create the perfect start to your VillaVilla vacation. The house has its own pool area, ensuring fun and games with swimming all year round. Outside, you will find a wellness oasis with an outdoor spa, outdoor sauna, and outdoor shower. Here you can enjoy the bubbles, the heat, and the fresh air in perfect harmony. Indoors, the VillaVilla house offers an activity room with a wide range of entertainment. Here you can compete in billiards, table football, table tennis, and darts. Play and competition go hand in hand here. In the activity room, you will also find the house bar, from which you can serve your favorite drinks. Adjacent to the activity room, the kitchen-dining room opens up as the heart and gathering point of the house. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious and tasty dishes. The large dining table, which can seat all 18 guests, and the cozy sofa area create the perfect setting for socializing and relaxing. The kitchen-dining room invites you to share meals and create memorable moments together. If the Danish weather gods are with us, you can enjoy your meals on the partially covered terrace. Here you will also find the house's barbecue, which can be used to prepare your holiday meals. And if the children dream of a really big playground, you will find one of our large multi-purpose areas and playgrounds with a large pirate ship, swings, and slides in the area. The multi-purpose area is versatile and can be used for soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc. Only your imagination sets the limits here. The house is well-sized with seven double bedrooms, two lofts (ideal for children), and three bathrooms. This ensures space and comfort for all guests. There is a charging point for electric cars installed at the house. All extras (Bedlinnen, babycot, babychair) must be picked up at the Local Office in Sønderborg: Dybbøl Banke 10a, 6400 SønderborgA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
