On the ground floor there is a living room and a kitchen with large panoramic windows that open onto the terrace leading to the pool. Around the pool there are sun loungers, there is also a BBQ area and a relaxation area at your disposal. The area around the pool is large enough and there are no neighbors looking over the fence). The complex has a basketball court. The beaches are only 2-3 minutes away by car.
