This property is registered under the Andalusian Tourist board under the DECREE 28/2016 law with a registration number VFT/MA/67897.
This large, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one with a bath, the other with a shower), second floor apartment with lift access offers panoramic views from the lounge and terrace.
The bright, tastefully furnished open plan lounge/diner leads directly onto a large, sunny South East-facing terrace with space for sunbathing and al-fresco dining .
There is air conditioning/ heating throughout and WIFI. Parking space is provided in the underground garage.
The Las Palmeras complex has 5 swimming pools, two of them open all year round.
Situated on the upper slopes of Calahonda within 10 minutes' walk of local bars and restaurants. 5 minutes' drive to local sandy beaches and supermarkets.
Only 15 minute drive to either Marbella or Fuengirola along the coast.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.
Additional person supplement: 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
