気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
DO NOT STAY!!!! Stay away from it.
When we finally found the road the trulli was on we could barely get our car through the , what they called a road. It was a dirt road with high weeds up the middle. When we finally got to the trulli we found a unmaintained and unloved front and back yard. Sidewalks were not even swept. I did that. Upon entering, the smell of being closed up for so long was overwhelming. We asked Gianluca where the washing machine was and he had no idea. He didn’t even know there was one . He finally found it after looking in every room of the house. We walked around, started in the kitchen, sinks were dirty, opened the refrigerator and found ice coating the back of the fridge and water dripping from the ice on all the shelves. Then forget about the door jam of the fridge it was disgusting. Now we made our way to the living room where we found two white couches covered in stains and bugs galore and hair. It was unusable. TV did not work. Now on to the bathrooms, cobwebs and toothbrush cup was all dirty inside with someone else’s used toothpaste remnants. The other couple we were with had a foldable bed and another bed. The foldable bed was full of dirt and dead bugs. Throughout all this Gianluca was asking for us to pay the tourist tax. He said someone was just there to clean but obviously, the smell and sight of the trulli proved otherwise.now, on to the other couple, the man has asthma so as soon as he walked in he had to go outside. No way he could stay. To be continued….
