Welcome to AMI Beach Home in Holmes Beach on beautiful Anna Maria Island.
This custom-built ground-floor vacation home at 201 69th Street is located just a short walk across Gulf Drive from the white sandy Gulf beach and offers a private island retreat for up to 6 guests. The home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, providing comfortable space for families or small groups seeking a relaxed island stay.
In this 3-bedroom rental configuration, one of the two master suites of the full four-bedroom home remains locked and is not rented to other guests. The entire property remains exclusively for your use.
After a sunny day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor foot shower and enjoy the heated butterfly-shaped saltwater pool with sun shelf and attached spa surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. A part of the pool deck and the spa are located under a roof overhang, so guests can enjoy it even during the occasional Florida rain. Guests can relax in the Florida sun on the pool deck or unwind in the shaded patio area under the pergola.
Pool and spa operate on a shared heating system. Heating performance is weather dependent and subject to environmental and technical limitations. Pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously. The pool and spa are provided as amenities for guest enjoyment and do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation in the event of limited operation or downtime. Due to local noise ordinances, pool and spa equipment must shut off overnight.
When the sun sets, the tropical garden creates a peaceful evening atmosphere. Prepare fresh seafood on the grill and dine beneath the pergola while soft landscape lighting illuminates the surrounding palms. A giant outdoor chess set and hammock provide additional opportunities to relax after a day at the beach.
Inside the Smart Home, the bright open living, dining, and kitchen area features vaulted ceilings and a modern gallery-style interior displaying original island photography by the owner. The design is intentionally calm and uncluttered without themed décor.
Bedrooms feature comfortable king beds with bathrooms conveniently located for easy access. HD OTA television and Roku streaming are available in the living room, bedrooms, and outdoor pergola area.
High-speed Wi-Fi internet is provided via a Frontier fiber connection with coverage throughout the house and pool deck. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for guest convenience.
Florida’s climate can bring high temperatures and humidity, especially during summer months. The air conditioning systems are professionally maintained and operate within regulated performance ranges to ensure reliable and consistent indoor comfort throughout your stay.
Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood of Holmes Beach, please keep noise at a respectful level, especially around the pool area. Pool equipment automatically shuts off overnight in accordance with local regulations.
Preventive pest control is performed regularly; however, due to Florida’s warm and humid subtropical climate, occasional insects or small lizards may appear indoors despite best efforts. This is typical for the region.
Due to documented health considerations within the Owner’s family, pets — including service or emotional support animals — are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of guests. Any animal found on the premises will result in expedited eviction, forfeiture of payments, and liability for specialized cleaning and any resulting damages.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property.
Exterior video surveillance with motion-activated recording is installed in the driveway and at the pool equipment area. No cameras are installed inside the home or in the pool or spa areas.
The property was completely renovated in 2016. Environmentally friendly solar roofs were added in 2022. Following the 2024 storm season, exterior landscaping and select technical components were renewed and upgraded. Due to extensive preventive measures installed in advance, no interior water intrusion occurred.
