Property was in a beautiful location. Roof top terrace was as described, Property was not the easiest to find, would only recommend arriving and departing by Ferry or Water taxi as the stairs to the property are very steep making it impossible to take your luggage. Property was in need of renovations and upgrade of beds and other furniture wouid definitely be a recommendation. Overall we had a pleasant stay but would not stay there again.

Nightmare

To start off, you need to take 225 stairs, that’s right 225 to get to this property, the listing doesn’t mention that. Now imagine that with luggage! You walk in and immediately you are overcome with disappointment! Nothing other than the balcony looks like the listing! House was filled with old DIRTY furniture. Only one bedroom has a closet. The shelves were filled with dust and light fixtures were filled with dead bugs and what we thought were various bug eggs! One full bathroom, which had pubic hairs on the floor and the tiles all around the bathtub were filthy and disgusting! The dressers had spiders in them so we kept our clothes in our suitcases. When I reached out to the host I was told “we’re very sorry, can you send us pictures?” So I did and they said “we’ll send the cleaning people TOMORROW!” I believe that the norm is that the property is clean upon arrival of the guest, not at their request! I forgot to mention that the one bathroom, larger bedroom and the fridge lost power after 12 hours. My best advise, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY because all you will be left with is disappointment after disappointment. I will be including photos but because I’m limited to 8, know that there are many more issues with this property!

To address your comments about our apartment: All necessary information to access the villa was provided in advance, both in the listing and in our digital guest book. The presence of stairs to reach the apartment is clearly mentioned, ensuring our guests are well-prepared. Regarding cleanliness, since your report came late in the evening, we promptly offered the services of our cleaning team the following day to restore the apartment to perfect condition. Concerning the power outage, this is an issue that can occasionally occur in any property. All instructions to reset the circuit breaker were detailed in the digital guest book, allowing guests to quickly resolve such situations.
