This beautiful villa is located in the middle of the dunes in an exceptional setting where a stay is all about relaxation and harmony with nature. No fuss but comfort.

This holiday home wrapped in beautiful old wood from England exudes authenticity and guarantees a wonderful experience on Ameland. Enjoy the beautiful view of the dunes and the natural dune garden with terrace. Gather together in the cozy (and well-equipped) eat-in kitchen or relax in the living room with a good book by the mantelpiece. There are 3 bedrooms available, which are modern and comfortably furnished. Two of them have double beds and one has a bunk bed with a pull-out bed for a 3rd person. Also ideal for children. To ensure your morning rituals run smoothly, you have 2 bathrooms at your disposal: one on the ground floor, a separate bathroom and one on the first floor, ensuite.

LAYOUT HOUSE
This spacious villa for 7 Persons is built as a kind of split level. The entrance, kitchen, hall, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 'ground floor' and the spacious living room is deeper and can be reached via a low staircase through both the kitchen and the entrance.
 
On the ground floor is an entrance with wardrobe and washing machine. There is a luxurious open kitchen, very complete and equipped with all conveniences. The living room with high ceiling has a lovely sofa with a view of the gas fireplace.
 
BEDROOMS (3)
On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms.
A 2 person room with Emma Deluxe Boxspring for 2 persons (160x200cm).
A 3 person room with pull-out bunk bed (90x200cm). The lower part of this luxurious bunk bed can be 'pull out' into a double bed (180x200cm), which provides the 7th sleeping place in the villa.

Via the stairs in the middle of the house you reach the loft with a view of the living room. Here is the 'master bedroom' with Emma Deluxe 2 person box spring (180x200cm) and private sanitary facilities. And what makes this room really unique is the view over the dunes!


BATHROOMS (2)
On the ground floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a guest toilet in the hall. The bedroom on the first floor has a 2nd bathroom ensuite (in the bedroom a shower, toilet and sink).

OUTSIDE
There is a terrace with furniture. Parking is available in front of the house. An electric charging station is available (can only be used with your own charging card).

ENVIRONMENT
In Welmoed you are truly in nature where walks and outdoor activities are a real institution.
Due to its central location, the entire island is fantastic to explore. Via a bicycle / foot path you cross the dunes to the beach. The village and many shops are only 2.5 km away.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
